I got some of the bread with cheese and there was hair on it. Not even just one strand , but 4 strands of hair. I got new bread and then proceeded to wait a long time for the pizza. The pizza wasn’t the best tasting . The waiters were nice. The food was just disappointing.

When the family said pizza, I was like, no, but I wanted to be with them, so I went. I was BLOWN away. It is the best pizza I have ever had. Lot of pizza places around. But this pizza was perfect. Want to go back. You will love it.

We went to get a pizza to go but decided to sit outside & enjoy outside. Our server was awesome. We ordered a Stromboli & a Cuban, Very good. Since we had a 2 hour drive home, we had our pizza half cooked. We finished cooking at home. Everything was DELICIOUS & We will be back..

Very poor experience. Got seated and spent at least 15 minutes waiting for a server to come to our table to get our order. After that the food took forever and our table’s food did not come out all together. One of us was waiting on a pizza and they didn’t even bring utensils to the table. By the time the pizza came it was lukewarm at best. Overall very disappointing experience.

Service was incredibly slow. We were not greeted by anyone when we came in. Went to the bar to order a drink and carry out. No one greeted us for 10 minutes. Finally a server said “I’m gonna drop these off then I’ll come back to get you.” 5 more mins later he did come back. Not overly polite, we ordered a drink and 2 pizzas for carry out. He did not check on us again nor did any other server as they all avoided eye contact. Same server told someone “we are not busy at all!” Waited over 45 minutes for our pizza to be finished. Was our first time in, will absolutely not be back. Pizza was so average once we got it. Will not recommend to any of our friends either.

We dined in tonight. The host and server were extremely polite and attentive. Food was great, but the pizza wasn’t cut through. I asked the manager when he passed by to recut it, and I’ll never get his odor out of my nostrils. I sincerely hope it’s a medical issue (not that I’d wish a medical issue on anyone) and not just poor hygiene because my husband and I both gagged and immediately asked for the check. We’re talking more than simple body odor; I can handle that. This was the smell of someone that had not showered in a week or more that was eating garlic like it was a hobby. Neither of us could handle a moment longer. The manager was kind and was doing all jobs in the restaurants; sweeping, refills, greeting etc. I’m sure he was a great manager but at a restaurant you can’t afford to have patrons lose their appetite.
Order a large Mediterranean which is normally our favorite pizza. This time it was intensely loaded with toppings and it took us a minute to figure out what was so weird about it. It was literally covered in ricota, I mean like 25 gloops of it. You couldn’t taste anything else. Ricota is not suppose to be on the pizza to begin with. We won’t be going back for awhile.
I’m very picky about pizza! I like New York thins, and deep dish Chicagos. Pleasant surprise!

I was in Indy on a short vacation with my youngest nephew and Godson. They both like pizza, so I took them to Bazbeaux Pizza in Carmel. I ordered two orders of garlic bread with cheese. It was great. Crispy, cheesy, and garlicky. We each ordered our own pizza. I ordered the Colossus. My nephew ordered a Peperroni Pizza, and my Godson ordered a Pepperoni Sausage pizza. My Godson said it was the best pizza that he has ever eaten. The pizza was great. Bazbeaux Pizza has outdoor and indoor seating. The staff were nice.

20 minute estimated wait was 45+. Took about as long for a couple thin crust pizzas to come out that were ordered as soon as seated. Would expect that long for something like deep dish. Waitress was fine. Pizza is heavy on sauce with a lot of basil. Crust tastes similar to canned crust.

Take out. Ordered a custom pizza, chicken, sausage and arugula. The arugula was not even toasted or cooked. Just taken from a bag and spread out after the pizza came out. Not sure if this is standard practice but made the pizza inedible. Texture was awful. Just lackadaisical treatment of pizza. Never again.

We were seated by a hostess that needs training . She has no clue how to greet customers, seat customers and inform the wait staff that she has seated a table in their section. I tried to speak with her as we were leaving, she acted like a spoiled child not able to speak to adults. We will not be returning any time soon. We are regular customers, the food is always great and so is the service, the wait staff.
