Pretty good but sometimes they get your drink wrong

I love this place… I have been there many times and it’s always nice

If you want sour milk and want to get food borne illness this is the place for you!
The vibe here is giving night club and it is very cutesie yes, but the drinks were not.
We ordered a Matcha and a Fruit Tea , mostly all ice. Came back home with a raging allergen.
The mochi are below average, nothing spectacular. It is overpriced garbage.
Upon further review of the place, I believe this deserves less than 1 star. As a food reviewer, I will put my rating as a solid 1/10.
It was also very dirty, trash seeping out.
Floors were dirty and sticky.
Tables weren’t clean.
I will give a positive note. They have cute plushies, but it doesn’t make up for the raging diarrhea everyone gets coming out of this dump hole.

So we walked in and I was in LOVE with the aesthetic. We wondered if they were actually open though because nobody was around. We ordered at the kiosk and suddenly a guy from the back came out and looked extremely annoyed. Never smiled, did not even say hello or thank you. He had some video going on his phone he continued to watch as he made our order and never said thank you/you're welcome/have a good night etc. We didn't stay long after getting our order but we did notice several tables dirty with crumbs and drink spots and the trash can had whipped cream all over it by the door but im sure we just missed the rush as there were several events nearby this evening and its a Saturday. Overall- id go there again if we were in the area the only thing I'd ask is that service be a little bit better but I do understand everyone has bad days and long shifts and we did go in around 9pm so it may have just been a long day for him. 🩷

This place is pretty on the inside and the boba tea and mochi donuts are good. Had a werid experience this morning , got in around 10 15 ish and the employees went out back and just didn't acknowledge us being here . We had 4 orders in and eventually one of us had to start calling out to the employees after around 20mins of waiting lol. The employee did come back in and had this loud documentary playing while making our drinks lol. It was just a werid experience . We had to check multiple times to make sure the place was open and before we called out for an employee we did ring the store a few times as well trying to get anyone's attention. We waited for around 35 mins when we were the only 4 in here. Most of our time was just trying to figure out where an employee was lol .

Love this place. Great ambience to sit, relax and enjoy yummy mochi donuts and boba tea. Great for birthday party celebrations as well. I checked with owner about catering. She confirmed that they will. Do give it a try especially mochi donut. ?????

Kid-friendliness: My daughters loved pink back drop and enjoyed mochi doughnut and boba. Great spot to take beautiful hangout pictures. They even have floral Photo Booth.

Hidden gem in Carmel truly! When you first walk in beautiful views. Lots of places to take pictures. Their Chizu Strawberry green tea is amazing ! Their unique donuts seem to be good with calories. Every week they have new donuts , such a sweet spot!

Something new and my girls loved it as it was all pink and floral themed.
Never had a donut that was such a delicious and the Hot coffee was amazing. We found another spot to come back with family and friends.

I am so happy to have a place close by to where I live that has exceptional boba and mochi donuts, it’s a fantastic spot and the inside is gorgeous and clean. Workers here are always friendly.

Such a lovely Vibe and place to hangout at and even takeout some Mochi donuts and boba! The Sandwiches are the BEST egg sandwiches and Best Teas around! The Tea makers Archers and Allison are so sweet and friendly as soon as you walk in! The owners are super sweet and lovely to talk to!

Kid-friendliness: My son absolutely loves it there such a cute cup for just a few extra $ with a little toy in it and so aesthetic inside with good seating!
