I've been coming to Brockway Pub for about a year, now. Kenzie and Sydni have been so kind to me. There was an embarrassing moment that I had one time where I was just too inebriated, Trevor made sure to grab me an uber and made sure I made it home. The staff here is amazing. I usually come in late nights after work. I enjoy the wind down from work when they embrace me like a friend they've known for a while.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with one of the bartenders, Sydney. I’ve always been a loyal and generous customer, but I was treated poorly. It’s especially disheartening when that kind of treatment comes from someone who shares your background — we should be lifting each other up, not tearing each other down.

This place smells horribly like sewage. We tried to come here over a year ago and noticed the sewage smell. I assumed it was a one-time issue but noticed the smell immediately upon walking in today. We left without ordering anything. I don’t know how you can eat and drink at an establishment while inhaling sewer odors.

I had never been to this place before. I love to hear live bands. I was invited. So the Friday night that I went I was excited. when I ordered some French fries food they were good. Then I decided to get a sandwich. It took an unusually excessive time. I thought they forgot. Then it came. it was burnt . I could see the burnt meat hanging from under the bun. When I say there is NO WAY I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT OUT THE KITCHEN!!! I would have said the stove broke. So I called the establishment several days later (6) and ask to speak to the manger because I noticed some had increased the purchase an amounts and added TIPS!' Are you kidding me??????? So I decided to call the manager when they opened. So Scott, Sean I told him the issue and he refunded the additional that was added without my consent but not for the burned sandwich ! when I lifted the top bun the breading from the sandwich was bonded onto it. I never received a refund. Band and atmosphere was cool. Never received a refund for the burned sandwich.

The political atmosphere of this place is a bit much. There was an older Caucasian man sitting next to me at the bar and blatantly asked me do I feel as if racism has gotten better, worse, or no change. I said better because there was a moment in history where a Black person could not even enter a restaurant like the very one that he and I are having this conversation in. He then tells me that I experience life different due to having pretty privilege and that white people are only nice to me because I’m pretty. 😩 I felt totally uncomfortable and will not enter this place again, because what in the world?!!!! The bartender was nice, but even the staff kept looking at me as if I were lost or something. No thanks.

Food was inedible and onion rings were cooked in rancid oil. Fish was freezer burnt. Service was lacking. Flies everywhere and AC did not appear to be working. Music was way too loud. Avoid this place.

Avoid this place, the food is nasty and straight from the freezer. The fish tasted rancid as well as the onion rings. Service is atrocious, and Flies are everywhere, This place doesn't run the air-conditioning and they have the music a a defining level.
