The saucy chicken wings that I received seems already stale, I complaint ask for a refund on the day, and they promised it will be proceed in few days, but i never received it.

This was my worst experience yet. The place would not turn on their AC and left us cooking to the point where alcohol made one nauseous.
It was a sauna in there and management did not care one bit.
Worst run bdubs in the state. Manager should get fired.

I got from DoorDash, and no complaints! The wings were wonderful, and still warm by the time they got to me. Positive experience, for sure.

This place is a total joke. It does not matter when we order they take FOREVER, and the order is never right. Does this place understand that when an order is messed up, it causes someone to drive all the way back and all food to be cold for those waiting. The employees couldn't care less. A $100 order wasted, yet again.

I literally wouldn't even give a star if that was an option. Not that it's anyone's problem but had a meeting for 2 days. I got home super late after being stuck in traffic way too long so had this delivered and I did not get the entire order. They cannot offer anything except me to come out And get it which is ridiculous.I wouldn't have had to have it delivered if I were available to do that. I told my story and then was told I had to hold for the manager and retell the story. So I'm not sure why it couldn't be relayed, just awful.

We had a great time at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food hit the spot. After getting off from work I was starved and did not know what to eat. My husband suggested this place and it was right on time. We went before it got real busy. So we waited a very short time to be seated. We got our menus and looked through to see what we wanted and ordered. Our food came out and everything was amazing. Our waiter Emma was amazing to. She check on us several different times while we were there to make sure that we were ok and if we needed anything then she would go and get it. Emma was knowledgeable about the menu and what was served. She was also very nice and friendly.

We were in town for a soccer tournament and stopped in today with 7 kids and 6 adults. Bryan took good care of us. I knew it would be good when I found out he was originally from Ohio! Food was great and fresh.
Failing to prepare is preparing to fail. August 30th opening day college football season. Over an hour wait on 10 wings. I would consider replacing my management team. Apologies and excuses. This is what BWW is supposed to flourish doing. Unfortunately they failed
