Pretty tasty little spot! this place is not large by any means.. maybe 10 tables/booths and 5 or 6 seats at the bar. The menu is super manageable with plenty of different burger, chicken sandwich options. I ended up with a western burger, hot chicken, and something else in a burger flight. They were the perfect size and hit the spot! I ended up grabbing a zombie dust on draft and some fries. Everything seemed fresh, came out pretty quickly (maybe 10 minutes).

I had some time after church on Sunday and was driving around trying to find a new place to try for lunch. While I considered Wahlburger, I wasn't having good vibrations and decided to drive on by. I drove by Flight Burger, which is apparently a re-branding of BurgerIM, and decided to give it a try. This location is relatively small. It's located in a relatively new strip center and is currently the only business in the strip center. There's a curb cut about halfway down the strip center and a couple of accessible spots. The entryway is a single glass doorway. Flight Burger appears to be offering dine in and carry-out. They have a patio on the side, though it didn't look like it was well set up. I will admit I'm a bit more skittish in Hamilton County since they're no longer under the mask mandate, however, it seems like most (but certainly no all) are still wearing. The interior here offers a traditional 4-top table, a handful of wooden booths, and a high-top table. You enter and go up to the counter to order. They specialize in burgers and have a variety of ways you can customize them along with a handful of other burger concoctions. They also have chicken sandwiches, a salmon burger, salads, wings, and sides. They serve Coke products and have milkshakes. They have both draft and bottled brews including a handful of local options. They also have wine and a kids menu. I should clarify that wine is not actually on the kids menu. The burgers are either 1/3 pound or 3 ounce burgers that you can order as a "flight" similar to how you order a flight of brews. I ordered the "classic," a 1/3 pound burger but I did hold off the cheese. They do have combos for $2.99 that include a side and drink. However, I knew I wanted a beer. So, I splurged on onion rings and ordered a Three Floyds Zombie Dust on draft. The entire bill was just over $17. I would definitely say this is a work in progress here. I'm giving them the "new business" curve and leaning toward a 4-star. The burger was solid and nicely done. The onion rings were a tad disappointing and I would not order again - they were smaller than expected and only 4-5 were in the order. It was definitely not worth the upcharge. The beer was $5 - a par for the course price for brews on draft. The person working the counter was friendly, though not well informed of the menu. She seemed clueless about the beer menu. Hopefully, this will improve over time. The atmosphere? Quite honestly, I couldn't see why they were re-branded to go for "Flight Burger." The logo has a plane reference, but the interior is definitely fast food generic. Yes, I know the "flight of burgers" and "flight of beers," but hopefully the decor will be tweaked a bit. The comfort level was modest - tables were fairly close, though I did pick the isolated 4-top. Overall? 4 stars for the burger. 3 stars for the onion rings. 3.5 stars for the service. 3.5 stars for the atmosphere. This was probably a 3.5 star experience, but I'll tweak upward as this seems like a promising start as they transition from BurgerIM to Flight Burger. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit here, but if in the area I'd definitely return and will likely do so to see how everything evolves over time.

BurgerIM is really good... something makes me not give it 5 stars only 4. Worth a try to have a taste for yourself.

Tried for the first time; I had the classic burger with bacon. The burger was very tasty, definitely hit the spot. I think I would rate the burger better than Punchburger, which I my mind is the closest comparable spot. However, punch burger has better fries. Burgerim has weird shaped ones that look like ears- they weren't bad, but they're on the thicker side and I generally prefer thinner fries. Would definitely go back though.

Delicious. Had an angus cowboy burger. Patty was cooked just right and the bacon and onion rings were nice and crispy all held within a toasty bun. No soggy, drippy mess here! All in all a throughly satisfying meal.

My wife and I just had 2 of the best burgers ever along with sweet potato fries finished off with a shake. We will definitely be back as we live around the corner in Carmel Station so it will be our local "go to". The young lady at the counter Meg is sweet and handled our order with a smile! Thanks for a wonderful meal!

We have a competitive burger market in Indy (and the surrounding north side) and BurgerIM (formally Flight Burger) has brought something different to the market. A fast casual restaurant where you can create or modify your own meal by picking the size and type of protein and your bun. They offer a great selection of proteins for carnivores and vegetarians a like. Others dive deeper into the details, so I won't. My wife and I both had the Cowboy burger with Black Angus, which were good. Mine looked dry, but thankfully was not. I ordered scratch made onions rings, again, which too were good. A light and crispy tempura batter, not at all like their website shows. We both had a pop. Total bill - $25. That was a bit much for two good burgers, one good side and two pops. There are so many other places that serve a great burger for the same money. If your with a vegetarian or pescatarian friend, come here. Hankering for lamb? Come here. They serve Coke products and have a beer selection.

Menu staying same but name is changing early April 2021 to Flight Burger (pints and patties). Employees wearing masks and place seemed clean, though it was Spring Break and we were the only customers. They have a few tables with umbrellas alongside the parking lot. Price is the same whether you get the one Burger 5+ oz or two 3 oz burgers. There were many meat choices but we both chose the Angus burger and found it delicious. Default cooking temperature is medium well. Perfect. We shared onion rings, they had a nice texture and were as greasy as you might expect -- and tasty. Employees were pleasant and efficient. Lots of TV screens with different shows. It is a clear-your-own tray kind of place. Wish they used better quality paper napkins, because we ended up using lots of flimsy ones. I would happily go back for convenience, but not sure what else would really drive me back there with so many other options.

Really good burgers with a wide variety of both meat and style options. Customer service is great too. They have some of tastiest burgers I’ve eaten in a while and they stand out from the other burger chains. Fries are unique and taste great too. I would say the only downside is that prices are pretty high, but give it a try and you won’t be disappointed and it’ll be worth your money!

Food was good, lots of options to build your own burger and combo, multiple local brews on tap, atmosphere was ok, the fries were unique and I liked them a lot! Definitely worth a try! If you are a burger lover and want to try something different, give them a shot. We will be going back!

Would rather come here than Bubs. Yep, you read that right. Had 2 sliders, the classic and the caliente. One with angus, the other with Spanish beef. Seriously great burger. Bun was toasted and good flavor. Onion rings were pretty great too. The sweet potato fries were not really my thing. Worth noting that they are rebranding to “Flight Burger”.
