Cancun Mexican Restaurant

The food was not the best, I didn't know you could mess up Mexican food lol. Both the chips and salsa was cold as if it had come out of the fridge and gar. I asked if I could substitute two enchiladas, and when asked what would you like I advised it was an OH NO! you can't do that. Why ask? The Arroz Con Pollo came in a kid's meal size also. Sorry, but I won't be back and when speaking with co-workers a lot have said oh no we won't go there again and they wished we'd informed them we were going they would have saved us.

This is a very simple, straightforward mexican restaurant. The chips and salsa are good. This restaurant is really inexpensive, so you want get big portions, etc. I think this place represents a good value for the money spent. I would come back...

It has been years since we have been back to Cancun. This did not disappoint! The food was great, and the service was great as well. It seems dark with not much lighting in the place, and I would like a little brighter lighting.

I will start with the ??. Cleanliness, attentiveness, greet correctly. First time here. Party of 4. 1 of us is vegetarian. Their menu has a vegetarian section, so I think they get those kind of customers regularly. Once we placed and received our order, the server kinda forget about us. We had to call somebody else for help.

We order the molcajete since you can’t go wrong with it. Steak was ok but chicken was flavorless. Very little cactus, just one piece. The order of chicken tacos was good. Our vegwtarian plate wasn’t as good. The server never asked if it was our first time there. It’s important that when you give suggestions the customer knows or at understands how you put your plates together, which kind of tortilla, what kind of sauce, cheese, etc. They served us old rice which they microwaved and burnt all the rice by the edge of the plate making it crunchy. Rice wasn’t probably fresh. Almost forgot, the horchata water was good. Unfortunately, even though we live very close to the place, we won’t be back at all.

The food was mostly disgusting. The margaritas were watered down, the chicken tacos were foul, and even the water was somehow gross. The wet burrito was good, as was the beans and, chicken fajitas. This place used to be great, but they are clearly cutting costs.

The most unpleasant place!!! My companions and I ordered 5 roast meats and they arrived burnt and with a very unpleasant smell and very bitter, nothing to do with roast meat. We notified the waiter and they did nothing. $18.99 each plate, the truth is, the first and last time in this place.

1994 I was searching for a authentic Mexican restaurant. My employer took the team to Cancun's. The family and I have been dining here every since. Their food is what I expect in a Mexican restaurant ?

Wonderful service and always friendly. They did a wonderful job on my granddaughter's birthday!
