Service though no fault of the employees there, there were only 2 present was not good and food was horrible.
Normally I like to give positive reviews, but this time not so much. For a Saturday 9am, I was surprised, so maybe they are more busy during the week. Start with the positive... Coffee and hot cocoa were good. Now, reality... Breakfast items: muffin not fresh, bit stale. Out of a lot of things, toast, bagels, etc. Eggs were salty. Substituted toast, Rye, without verifying if a person likes it. I like rye, but my friend doesn't. Bagel came out with a "dust bunny" looking thing, probably from the knife.Bathroom dirty, soap almost out. Paper products, napkins, etc. running out. Will I be back? Nope! Takes a lot for me to say that. Not a good day there at least today...
It’s a cute little place - not too busy around lunch time. The iced chai latte was amazing- would definitely recommend. Nice place to go sit and chat with friends.
Small in size but had plenty to choose from. We all enjoyed our
The South Bend Chocolate Company in South Bend, Indiana, is all things to all people who crave chocolate. And who doesn't like chocolate? Located at 3300 West Sample Street, it is a factory, cafe, outlet store and museum all rolled into one. Tour the 58,0000-square-foot factory, walk the floor and learn how the world's best chocolate is made, then sample the product and experience how good it tastes. The chocolate museum is home to one of the largest collections of chocolate memorabilia in the world, including a 1,300-year-old Mayan chocolate pot among the hundreds of tins, containers and chocolate boxes of all shapes and sizes. The store is open from 8 to 4 Monday through Friday and from 9 to 3 on Saturday while tours are available from 9 to 2 Monday through Friday and 9 to 1 on Saturday. Once you've sampled the product, you can't leave without purchasing assorted chocolates or pretzels or turtles or crunches or cookies or malt balls or chocolate bars or sea salt crunch or coffee beans or Italian almonds. Can you think of anything better to snack on while driving around Indiana?
Great staffing! Ice cream and Coffee were delicious. 100% recommend!
Some of the best customer service you can encounter on Main Street. Oh, and the columbian add cream is DELICIOUS!!! Thank you to the manager who helped me, she was amazing!!!. ???? I will definitely come back!
Good coffee and the kids love their chocolate chip cookies.
This was so weird I ordered a white mocha and she left a spoon in cup and when I took a drink the this handle of spoon went almost down my throat ?Plastic one? She must of forgot and left it in there? I should have took it back? ?
Cheesecake was older and not fresh. We came in about 30 mins from close because we were eating across the street, employees were dismissive and not friendly with bad attitudes. Won’t ever be back.

Whey overpriced...and it's just candy. Service was great though.
Muffins were dry. The teens at the counter took long to get my order. Also I had better muffins.
Very friendly environment! Love the double chocolate chip muffins!
A lot of the products are overly sweet. The espresso is not from an actual espresso machine. Specialty drinks are EXTREMELY sweet. If you want good coffee, go to Java House or Indie Coffee.
Hog jaws delicious ??
