Ordered delivery and it arrived on time but unfortunately our sandwiches included tomatoes even when it was marked correctly to exclude. Called the driver and she went out of her way to redeliver the correct order. This is excellent service!

An older driver from this location (didn't catch his nametag) delivered an order to my office (not my order) and knocked my desk decoration onto the floor and it broke. He did not acknowledge it, say im sorry, or even make a face of concern!!! He completely ignored it and walked out. Very rude and disrespectful.

Always prompt service, great food and the kids love the play place! *coming back a few years later to add, we came in with 6 snow covered kiddos from hiking at Cool Creek Park today. They were so kind even though we had little puddles as they started to thaw. We love the staff there!

Whoever was working in the kitchen on Friday December 20th at 7:30PM needs a raise. This day was best experience I’ve ever had with chick fil a, the chicken strips were perfectly cooked. My family and I couldn’t believe how good it tasted and we’ve been to chick fil a for many year

I was shocked when pulling through the drive through with my dog who just got their shots that they did not serve pup cups at this location. I inquired with the cashier, "So you are telling me that you cannot put some whipped cream in a cup for my dog?" to which she replied "no". Even though I did order it and was told nothing at the speaker. This might seem like a small thing to some, but as a proud dog mom, I find it ludacris and almost laughable that a request for a pup cup at the place where everything is "my pleasure" could not be honored. I would have even paid for it as my dog was being a really brave girl getting her shots! I don't post a lot and I do not agree with Chic-Fil-A's political influence, but not supporting the dogs is taking it a bit far...
