This place is huge and offers both drive thru and mobile drive thru. Food we ordered tastes excellent and is warm. Service is a little slow other than that a 5 star experience.

So….I love Chick-fil-A. We were so excited when we got one so close. We have been (drive thru only) about 6-7 times since they opened and every time we think it will get better. Sadly we are mistaken? Service is extremely slow and it’s not improving. We are used to the efficiency of Chick-fil-A drive thrus but this is bad. From now on it will be faster for us to drive the 15-17 mins to other Carmel location, get our food and get home then the hour it takes to drive to and wait for our food at this location. Makes me sad as I heard it was locally owned but you lost my business..

I loved this location! I love that there are accessible sinks outside of the bathroom to encourage handwashing before eating! Food was pretty good - blueberries in fruit cup were a little squishy but spicy deluxe and banana shake were great!

This drive thru is annoying, so I went inside. They forgot the egg on one of the chicken bacon egg & cheese biscuit sandwiches. While leaving, I didn't realize there was only 1 exit, and I ended up in the mobile pick-up line by mistake. There is a sign pointing to the exit while leaving the drive thru, but you can't see it of you park out front and go i side. Since when do drive thru restaurants need signs to direct the traffic flow. Too complicated

I think every fast food restaurant should follow the lead of how this company does business!! Courteous and Super efficient!! Today was probably 15 cars deep (at least!) - I was through the drive through line w/hot food in less than 6 minutes!! Been like this on Every visit. Impressive!!!
