This is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been in. Professional associates, clean store. They all go above and beyond, getting you refills, taking your trash, I was politely ask 3 times if I needed anything else. This is the best store from the east coast to Indiana. 😁

At this location the macaroni and cheese is hit or miss. I’ve gotten soupy macaroni from here and the last time I ordered it, the noodles were undercooked (very). I order the macaroni often. I’ve just stopped ordering it here.

I always have an amazing experience at Chick-fil-A West Carmel! The team is so friendly and welcoming, and the service is always fast and efficient whether I'm dining in or using the drive-thru. The food is consistently fresh and delicious - the chicken nuggets and waffle fries are always a hit! I especially love how clean and organized the restaurant is, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by, they make every visit feel special!

i’m shocked by the lack of 1 star reviews for this location. this chick fil a sucks. been twice bc unfortunately it’s the one down the road from my job. my first visit i was the only customer in the drive thru with 10 mins before they closed and they still took several minutes to give me a cold chicken sandwich. gave another chance for lunch and once again they stalled and gave me nuggets that were cold
Absolute trash service in the drive-through, waited for over 20 minutes for mobile order and they still got it wrong. Had to drive back and go through the counter again just to get my food. If other customers are not picking up the food in the mobile order lane, get them out of the way.

I don’t remember the person name, but she was wearing a name tag marketing manager She helped me get my order and made sure different items were separated for my long hour drive. That was really nice of her and being professional about the whole thing!! If I didn’t live in Texas I would be back because she and the staff were really nice!! I just came for a visit in Carmel Indiana, by the way food was delicious 🙂
