They had the best food for years but it has sadly become very dirty with bad service. I will no longer eat here because it looks unsanitary. Very sad because there is not really a Chinese restaurant on the west side.

I ordered Kung Pau chicken. It gave us food poisoning right sway. I am surprised such a dirty looking business is operating in carmel. It looked sketchy.

Customer service was unfriendly and rushing. There were only 2 customers in the restaurant. So it wasn't like they were busy. The place was extremely unorganized and unkept. The Crab Ragoons were undercooked. The House fried rice was extremely dry/old. The sweet and sour sauce had no flavor with a gelatin consistency. I had to practically beg for duck sauce, one packet at a time. I had a carry out order. If I had eaten in, I would have politely sent everything back to the kitchen and left.
This place is completely improved from the last time I went there, which was back in 2020. I would say their food is really great. I have not had better Chinese than this to be honest. I would highly recommend eating here. Their staff is not the nicest but also they could’ve just been having a stressful day. It’s the day before Thanksgiving so obviously it’s going to be stressful. just remember to treat people how you would like to be treated

I ordered on DoorDash I was surprised the way they sent me my order everything was well closed, the bag that contained the food was well closed when I opened the bowl was also well closed, I really liked it ? thank you very much for your quality of service

Chicken was slimy. Cooked fried rice and put unseasoned chicken in with rice. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
