The food was horrible. Half of it was cold and uneatable. The price was ridiculous for the food we purchased. We were traveling, so we ordered to go and ended up throwing most of it away. The server/cashier was nice and polite. The establishment was clean for the most part. Won't go back.

Food is good. Chipotle is Chipotle! But the place is so dirty!! Floor is sticky, food on the floor. Tables either not clean or badly cleaned. Food on the chairs. Just disgusting. The restaurant is not so busy for the employees not to pay attention to this.

Hard shells were overcooked and burnt tasting. Chips were chewy and over salted. Seating area was disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Makes me wonder how the food handling is. I won't be back to this location.

Was delivered a burrito bowl that filled 1/3 of the bowl and missing ingredients. Absolute joke

Update: the manager messaged to contact customer service, which is an AI chat that makes you answer 100 questions. Called customer service to be met by a rude arguing customer service person who went silent. If the manager of a location can't make it right yet diverts problems to head quarters there's a real issue. It wasn't customer service who screwed me, it was your staff, your restaurant. Way to solve problems "manager".

I was there 9-10pm on a Sunday. Staff was unwelcoming. The area for building burritos was very messy. The supply of some ingredients was very low and the help seemed averse to replenishing these ingredients.

Same as most reviews on here. Much slower than normal. I showed up 10 minutes after the order should have neen ready to encounter nothing but chaos. Suprisingly there wasnt many customers however the place was filthy. Literally looked like they had a food fight 🙄. Seems like a lack of managament.

20 minutes waiting in line, stale chips. Delivery people waiting for orders. Guy walks in and bypasses everyone and hands a paper to cashier. Everyone stops what they are doing and goes to work on his order. Short staffing, probably making so much money there the owners don’t care about service. Very disappointed. New faces every week.

Ordered a new brisket taco for $4.80… the brisket was old and cold but new brisket showed up right as they were making mine so I asked for an extra scoop of fresh brisket… they charged me $7.30 for that extra scoop. I asked to verify and they said yes, I could have ordered 3 brisket tacos for the price of one with extra brisket on it. When I asked the staff to look at it and review the charge they were unable to think beyond what the screen said and call corporate, I will be.

Worst run Chipotle I have ever seen. I eat here frequently bc of the location is close to my gym. The managers are seriously clueless as are the teenagers that stand around not acknowledging the customers. Is it the training or the new hires or both? The employees are seriously rude and put-off by anything and everything. Orders are constantly incorrect and they wait until it’s too late to tell the cooks to put down chicken or veggies, when it’s getting close to empty during lunch, maybe tell someone. Just poorly run top to bottom!

We placed an online order at 8:09 tonight through the app, and the order said it would be ready by 8:20. We got there at 8:18, and did not receive our food till 8:35. I would understand if it was busy, and we had to wait, but it was not. The reason it took so long was because the woman working was making food for her friends instead of fulfilling online orders. So it took a total of 30 minutes from our order placed time to us finally getting our food. I’ve been to this chipotle many times, and have never had issues until now. It’s pretty upsetting when you get a tentative time your order will be ready and ended up waiting 15 extra minutes while watching an employee make food for her friends instead. At that point I should have just went and made the food behind the counter myself. Very unprofessional. On top of that when we got home we ordered chips and quac and of course she forgot the guac, and I ordered fajita veggies on my bowl and she forgot that as well.
