Sat at the bar; NEVER saw the bartender! A waitress stopped by and checked on me and took care of me the entire time. The bar is a mess; and glasses are still there where customers before me (i assume) had left. The entire place is a disaster tonight! Henry typically takes great care of me but he’s not in tonight!

We are long timers over at the Noblesville location but live closer to the Carmel location now. It has not been our fave though, as it has previously been muggy/warm inside, the food isn’t as good as Noblesville, and the service is so/so. We went last week and it felt like the restaurant had done a 180! It was cool and fresh inside, Cathy was our waitress and was simply wonderful, we had plenty of chips and dip the whole time, refills, and our food was HOT and crispy. The team at the front was helpful too. We were so pleased with our dinner and it was hopping in there! So glad it seems to be thriving lately.

The fresh salsa, creamy jalapeño sauce, and warm, fresh, crispy chips were amazing! The queso was good, but pricey for the amount.
The entrees were just so-so. Left me feeling flat, kind of meh.
The chile relleno was over breaded and fried to nearly burnt. The chicken in the chicken enchilada was dry and flavorless.
The tacos were missing a key ingredient: flavor. The salsa is all that saved these tacos.
The server was asked specifically if there were onions in the chimichanga as there is a food allergy. The server replied there were no onions. When the chimichanga was cut into there was more onion than chicken! The dish had to be sent back.
We had to ask for cutlery as none was provided.
We will probably go back, but only for chips and salsa and maybe appetizers.
Chuy's is consistently good Tex Mex food. We will go out of our way to go here. Ryan was our server at our last visit and he did a great job, very attentive and helpful to my elderly mother who is also on a special diet. He was very kind and compassionate with helping her get exactly what worked for her food plan. It was her first visit and she loved it. The food was good as usual. We will definitely be back again soon.

The atmosphere is incredible. Everyone is energetic and happy to be there, the decorations are fun and the food was absolutely amazing. We got the appetizer sampler (perfect size for 2 people), steak burrito, and chicken burrito bowl. The portions for the price are great too. I think we've found a new go to place for sit down dining.
