The server was always missing in action. We had to wait to request a refill and check cause of the lousy server. Even though the restaurant was empty. The food was not worth the cost, I’ve had better food with a lot better service. It was Our first and last time going to Chuy.

The waiter was horribly unprofessional and tried holding out with our change and was rude
Always love this place. Foods perfect, servers are great and nice and prices are fair.

Went here for Taco Tuesday the place was less than half full so no problem getting seated.First time ever
The music was so loud I had difficulty talking to the server The server wouldn’t answer simple questions about the menu She had canned responses about what was actually on the menu the food was just ok
Not going back It wasn’t enjoyable

We went a little early for dinner (5 PM). No waiting on a table, staff was friendly and the food was good just like the other Chuy's we have been to in Texas. Oh and it was also happy hour.

Don't bother on a Sunday afternoon. Tried to have a drink and a late lunch at the bar but after nearly 15 minutes no one offered a menu, drink or even acknowledged I was there.
One server did see me when delivering food to a couple at the bar but never came back.
When I let the lady at the desk know no one waited on me so I was leaving she offered to get someone but I chose not to wait.
Know it was after any lunch rush any before the evening crowd but if they were open someone should cover the bar.
I have been to Chuy's all over the country, including Austin, and find them hit or miss in recent years.
Found a better option with great service and good food down the road... El Rodeo.

Our family goes at least once a month. The food is consistently good. You must try the steak panchos.

Sat at the bar; NEVER saw the bartender! A waitress stopped by and checked on me and took care of me the entire time. The bar is a mess; and glasses are still there where customers before me (i assume) had left. The entire place is a disaster tonight! Henry typically takes great care of me but he’s not in tonight!

We are long timers over at the Noblesville location but live closer to the Carmel location now. It has not been our fave though, as it has previously been muggy/warm inside, the food isn’t as good as Noblesville, and the service is so/so. We went last week and it felt like the restaurant had done a 180! It was cool and fresh inside, Cathy was our waitress and was simply wonderful, we had plenty of chips and dip the whole time, refills, and our food was HOT and crispy. The team at the front was helpful too. We were so pleased with our dinner and it was hopping in there! So glad it seems to be thriving lately.
