I love the vegan cinnamon rolls. However I had never been to this location. While passing through decided I wanted to stop and get one. They just popped a few in oven and I was so excited to enjoy this treat on the way home only to discover the whole middle of me and my husband rolls was complete dough and we had to toss it. I had never experienced this in noblesville or even when I was first was introduced at the Indy vegan fest.

Great food honestly, awful service. Please get rid of the woman who refuses to make half of the menu.

I get that arriving at a store 5 minutes before they close can be annoying, but all I wanted was 1 cinnamon roll and the cashier wouldn't sell me one even though they were supposed to be open for another 5 minutes.

I really like this restaurant and will definitely be back. However there is a worker whose English is nothe best. She can't help that, but someone should be working with her. I asked 2 basic questions that she did not understand. If you had sugar free syrup for coffee and and a sleeve for the cup. I hope this would be taken into consideration. Thanks!

Disappointed sadly. My intent was to order a 1/2 dozen for our friends visiting from out of town but I refuse to pay almost $40 for 6 cinnamon rolls. However, I felt obligated to make a purchase, and the guy working was super nice. So I purchased the berry cinnamon roll and went over to Fresh Market and bought their cinnamon rolls for 1/2 the price. Everyone’s consensus at our house was that Fresh Market’s were amazing and the Cinnaholic’s was super dry and hardly had any cinnamon. We love to support local so I hate to leave a negative review, but hey we gave it a shot.

Service 0/5, Quality 3/5, Value 2/5 Vegan Options 5/5 Overall - 2/5. Good rolls, stingy ingredients, and everybody fingering forks. Service - 0/5. Service is about what you can expect from a restaurant like this, but 0/5 because the forks are not wrapped in plastic and are facing up so everyone is touching the part that you eat with. The container is so tall that it is impossible to get a fork out without touching the tops. (I've had to return several times and this has not been resolved). Quality - 3/5. the rolls are good and i have enjoyed most of what I've tried, but a few of the signatures were misses for us. Value - 2/5. The rolls are somewhat filling but the customizable toppings feels like you are barely getting anything (3 raspberries for example?). Vegan options - 5/5. all vegan, as all things should be. I’ve never purchased from this location, I just came to check out the reviews prior to visiting the shop and I will not support this business. The owners responses to the negative reviews are highly passive aggressive and condescending. Just disgusting ! If you can’t take constructive criticism well then you shouldn’t own a business! Everyone doesn’t have to LOVE what you’re selling and that’s okay. Very rude, will not support.

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER:
You just proved my point, you’re incapable of accepting criticism. NOTHING I said was rude and as I said, consumers are allowed to have an opinion on the customer service, (which includes YOU!) the product as well as the establishment!! I’m a business owner and would never argue with consumers, it’s disgusting.

Now, I will be rude: You are a joke. Your business is a joke, you need media training and you lack social skills. You are a legit adult crybaby that lacks accountability.

Also, how professional to state to a possible consumer that they’re “hiding behind a computer”, lol, I am within walking distance to your shop and can enter if I chose to so your “insult” is very weird, lol.

I would say I wish you well, however, I don’t.
You and your business are dismissed.

Most delicious cinnamon roll ever!!! It wasn’t as sweet as I expected it to be which was great because you’re able to finish it without feeling sick. I would’ve gave a better rating if there was more seating. It’s more of an order your food and leave kinda place since there are only 5 stools and no tables.

The cinnamon rolls were outstanding - the best. Was stunned (offended) at the attitude of the staff. They would not speak unless spoken to, knew nothing about what they were serving and were just outright rude. Gave up on ordering a coffee because they were unsure of what they had. No seating inside the establishment. A really bizarre set-up. I hope this was a training/management glitch because the roll I had was really good. Hopefully they get it turned around quickly.

It was just okay to me. We got the berry and monster cookie. It's right before closing and the cinnamon rolls were hard/stale. The girl working there was very sweet so I'll give them 5 stars on service... Missed the mark for me on the actual cinnamon roll, sorry
