Very rude and poor customer service. I’ll be sure to let everyone know to avoid this cold stone. The guy wouldn’t give his name but was rude about telling us about how our coupon wouldn’t work. Very unprofessional.

It was alright the workers were nice the place wasn't the cleanest tho and the reward system for my mom's birthday wouldn't work I prefer Noblesville's more than this place!!
The girls were so polite today 7-31-25 I had the Founders favorite and I switched only the ice cre to banana pudding OMG IT WAS SOOOOO GOOD! I THIBK THIS WILL BE MY GO TO. Very clean and fast service! I will return. My daughter had the Oreo overload with M&m in it she loved it!! Nice dessert date. Great tasty icecream.

Walked in during heat wave . Staff made kids laugh and line was managed quickly,, wouldnt have gone anywhere else for reliable service and good ice cream
I got very fresh ice cream and it was the best I had in a very long time. I got a lot of mixins in my takeout order which was on time even though I ordered during the busiest hour. This branch will be my go-to ice cream place from now on.

I am a huge fan of ice cream and going in I didn’t expect much. However, I was simply amazed by the friendliness of the staff and how creamy and fresh the ice cream tasted. Kudos to the team here at cold stone in Carmel and I would definitely go again!

We ordered 3 times this week. Toppings completely missing and freezer burnt ice cream every order we did had an issue. I’ve put in a complaint bc at this point for $20 an ice cream -I want a refund, I ordered and paid for one thing and for another. Guess what? No response. Still waiting and doubt anyone will call me back. This branch rips you off, beware.
