Bad Service. I asked for 1 extra chocolate in my ice cream, same topping and nothing different, and they charged me $2 without telling me. Won’t be returning.

We we were craving some delicious ice cream after a long hot day at the water park, so after passing it, we turned around to enjoy a cold treat at Coldstone. In my opinion the best combination of a blizzard and delicious ice cream. The choices are limitless the ice cream combination delicious, the staff was fun and engaging, and we even enjoyed meeting some new friends celebrating a win at the nationals girls baseball tournament. We talking about the days events before returning home.

This place is phenomenal for a hot day it’s conveniently next to my favorite food place as well which just makes this place even better. The girl in the CUBS ihat was so kind to my daughter and I when we walked in. My daughter got the Minion Marshmallow and it really made her happy. Wonderful place to bring your kids and family for a little ice cream ?

Using the app, I can not order a quart size and get the quart with 2 favors mixed. Any advise?

After we stood there for a while to be waited on they jumped us and waited on the people behind us. And rather than telling us while we wait or having a sign posted they waited till we are about to order and tell us cash only. Also normally they mix the toppings in and today they just flipped my daughters ice cream upside down and pushed the stuff in the top... we like coming to watch them chop it in my daughter loves it. They asked my husband if he wanted a mix in and he asked for just a second to look and see what they have and they just handed him his ice cream... Just a weird visit and experience and the people working where just odd and acted like they had no clue what was going on.

There are only 3 tables with a total of 6 chairs. They have no booster seats or high chairs. There is no seating outside like other neighboring food establishments have. Not kid friendly.
