We love this place! We moved to the area about a year ago and were recommended to try out Crafters. We have never had a bad time! Everyone is friendly and chill, it is very family friendly, and the food is so good! I’m obsessed with the fried dough and bone-in wings!

We stopped in for dinner last night. The owners, employees and even the patrons were so friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. The wings were my favorite. We’ll be back to try the rest of the menu out. Thanks for a great dinner!

Went to crafters for my son's birthday because he wanted to eat pizza. We've been ordering delivery for a while but this was our first time to dine in. It did not disappoint. Our waitress was amazing. She was kind smart sweet and really good at her job. Definitely a huge thumbs up. Food was excellent which was no surprise. Very nicely decorated and a great place for families. My only complaint is that its a bit pricey. Overall I recommend crafters dining experience.

My husband and I decided to dine here this evening, as we have many times before. As we were leaving, the manager followed us outside and told us we were no longer welcome because he claimed we had returned food 7 out of the last 10 visits. That statement is simply not true, and unfortunately he would not allow us the opportunity to explain.
In reality, we have only sent food back on a few occasions: once when a pizza was made incorrectly, once when the wings were overly salty and not up to their usual standard, and tonight because my husband’s pizza was extremely soggy. Each time, we still paid for our food and never asked for anything free. When we returned the wings previously, this same manager was also very rude.
When you spend good money dining out, it’s reasonable to expect the food to be prepared properly. Customer concerns should be handled with respect, not confrontation. I do want to emphasize that every server we’ve had has been wonderful, and we genuinely enjoy the food—otherwise, we wouldn’t have continued coming back.
This experience was extremely disappointing. Being confronted outside, spoken to disrespectfully, and made to feel embarrassed as a customer is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled overshadowed what had otherwise been positive experiences in the past.

Tonight the owner followed my wife and I outside after the meal and told us this would be our last visit. He stated that I have returned food 7 of the last 10 times we’ve visited. I told him he must have me confused with someone else, but he said no, he kept records of it, and I was not welcome back. I admit, in the past year I have returned food three times. One occasion the wings seemed overly salty, another my pizza order wasn’t correct, and tonight the pizza crust was soggy. We never received free food and paid full price. Although this experience was very embarrassing and hurtful, our server Jeremy and the rest of the staff are very friendly, and the vast majority of our visits, the food and atmosphere were excellent.

I’ve always felt that the staff here was so friendly and upbeat! The food has been delicious each time I’ve visited. I’d highly recommend the toasted raviolis!

Great food, great service! Like so many places in the area, there's no room for waiting on your table. If it's really packed, I guess you stand out in the cold or get shuffled by people leaving, entering, and serving for 30 minutes.

Crafters is always on point the servers, bartenders and owners are the best around. One of the best places in Westfield for food and drinks. PS Erika is awesome! Stop in the bar and buy gift cards from her this holiday!
