I absolutely love Crumbl cookie so much so that we are having them catered for our wedding! I will say though, the manager for this location was quite rude to my fiance and I when we came in to place our 200+ catering order. We ended up working very closely with one of the bakers - so incredible nice - she deserves a promotion in my opinion!

I went in for an interview a few months ago, and was told I would have to work at another location by the manager, when they clearly had openings on indeed for their location. I called the Indianapolis location and let them know that this manager referred me to work at that location. I was told I would be emailed acceptance letters which were never sent. I was told by the Carmel Crumble Cookies manager that she would be contacting the Indianapolis Crumble Cookies manger so that they could get my paperwork started. Neither location called me about my start date, and every time I called them I was told the manager wasn’t in and that they would call me when they came in, which never happened. It seems that there is a certain demographic they are looking for, as the way they treated me was very unprofessional. Their cookies are just as bad as their Management.
