If you order ahead to save time they will mess it up. Whatever system they use to pre order is garbage and they need to use something else.

The food is good here, but the service in the drive through needs serious attention. Every single time I go through drive through, the wait is bad. 15+ minutes for a wait after paying for your order. Several times I’ve had to get out of my car and go in and find my order or go in because the order was completely wrong. Heck, I’ve had to go in twice before because they weren’t listening when they did a redo order. Last night, it was another 15 minute wait before I got out and reluctantly walked in. My order wasn’t big, just two small ice creams. They looked confused as if the order was already complete, reprinted the order ticket and said they didn’t know what happened. It just “fell through the cracks”. I’ve held off on posting reviews on this place because the food is good, but after multiple issues with service, it needs to be addressed.

Used the drive-thru apx 11:50 today, Jan 6.
To make a long story short: if you like cold cheeseburgers, and strawberry shakes that taste like days old strawberries, then this is the ideal place for you.
the food is amazing, the service is very good and the place is clean and comfortable.
Food is always fresh and delicious doesn't take long to come out either

I really do not like to write poor reviews but our experience at this Culver’s was truly the worst of ANY Culver’s ever - Culver’s is our “fast food choice” wherever we go. Of the four items we ordered only one was correct. Both burgers were TOTALLY wrong. They were hamburgers but that was all. We did not receive our beverage. I went in to the restaurant. Staff member did apologize and give me a cup to fill in my own - BUT that wasn’t good because the root beer was mostly soda water.
I hope that this feedback will help travelers like us and management.

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Culver’s at this exact location tonight. The assistant manager at the drive thru window taking my payment had trouble finding my number for my mirror. After she found it and handed it to me, I stuck it on my window and pulled forward and waited. After 15 mins for a small fry and small mixer and seeing cars leave they got there after me, I assumed they forgot about my order. I got out of my car and tapped on the window and was ignored by the same assistant manager and a younger guy taking orders, which really upset me. I then walked inside and no one was at the front counter and was ignored until I asked to speak to a manager. The assistant manager got another assistant manager from the back. She said she let people go home and that’s why they were running behind. I looked at the back counter there was a line of bags of food including mine just sitting there. By this time, I’m sure everyone’s food was cold. Poor customer service and snarky comments replying “i bet you do ” and “my husband is the manager” when I told the 2nd assistant manager I work in customer service too. It was clear there was not enough people working to serve customers and lots of confusion by those few that were working. There is no excuse for this kind of service and attitude toward a paying customer and isn’t how you run a business. While trying to refund my card, the second assistant manager was having issues doing that too. I left with no food, but still paid for it. I’m very disappointed and won’t be going back to this location.

Hi Culver’s! You’re paying WAY too many employees at this location or at least the wrong ones!! I waited 15 min for an order ahead while I watched 4 of your employees sitting in the dining room chatting the entire time while one poor employee ran around like a chicken with his head cut off. 5 cars in line, 3 in the order ahead lane and this is what I see! Ended up going inside to get my order.
Milton is a really kind person. Very thoughtful and great with guests. I love Culvers and he is part of the reason why.

Not only is the food a step above what you see in any other fast food place, but the service is as well. They are very friendly the entire time and knowledgeable with their recommendations. They are quick, accurate, and efficient with their service. My order is hardly ever wrong, but if it is, I trust that they will take care of me. The dining room is always clean and lively, and their outdoor seating is very nice. Would highly recommend this location to anybody.

Amazing incredible the boss guy knows everyone name and it’s like family, not really a fast food place it’s an excellent experience. He knows all his co workers, customers, their families they are super outgoing, outstanding, incredibly beautiful. It almost made me cry how beautiful clean friendly happy people are here.
