Beware. If you have coupons, they will not honor them. My daughter’s birthday cake was completely ruined by this store a few years ago. Rather than refund us, we were given free blizzard coupons. Today, we attempted to use the coupons. We were told they will not be honored. And just like that, we no longer buy ice cream here. There are dozens of other great locations in the neighborhood. Try Rita’s, Sub Zero, or Cold Stone for example.
Went only for cheese curds. After asking what sauce I wanted, no sauce was given. The curds were over fried breading that the cheese had blown out of.

Obtained a blizzard from here just today and asked for the receipt to grab a free dillybar. Pulled over to the side and finished it up. When attempting to get the free dillybar was faced by the manager who looked confused by the receipt as if a free dillybar shouldn’t be expected. Turned to me and said “ you can pick it up in 1-2 days”. Kindly said the receipt said something different. The manager turned away as if to shoo me away and I left. Called corporate to ask if that was policy as is annoying that they didn’t tell me that when I asked for the receipt. I was told by corporate you are able to get the same day. Five minutes after the corporate call, the manager from the location called upset that I would dare complain about it. At one point stated, “we can’t be giving free dillybars everyday”. I rarely buy fast food . The manager was very upset the whole conversation and interrupting me while I explained. Very disrespectful and very dissatisfied with the service. Been living in Carmel for a couple of years now and did not expect a simple order to ruin my day. Let alone a manager to tell me off over the phone..over a dillybar. Stay away from this location. If the people working there are this hostile over a dillybar, then maybe is better to not go there ever again.

The inside is like an abandoned DQ but people work there and there is food. The inside is still stuck in the 00’s. The fries are sweet? For some reason. To make it better is to update the inside make it for family friendly. Where family’s would like to dine here. It needs to be a place for family’s not a DQ that is downtown and that is rundown.

The staff-Awesome, friendly service with a fantastic attitude. The blizzards there are awesome. Carmel’s DQ is So much better than 96th street/Meridian, which is closer to my house. So I drive out of my way to go here.

I never have a good experience at this Dairy Queen. I am not sure why I went today just thought I would try again. This will be the last time though! Evidently, I am not to open the cake freezer to pick a cake. The person working there was really rude to my husband and myself telling us to look at the signs of what the cakes were like we were stupid and only through the glass that was foggy to pick a cake. I am only 5’2 and can’t see the top of the cakes and not all cakes are plain on top. If you can’t have someone open a freezer without the freezer getting too low then lock them, don’t treat your customers poorly for looking at something to purchase.

They went above and beyond to help us with a birthday cake! The employees were very accommodating and were able to help us with a last minute request.

My fiancee purchased an icecream cake for my birthday, which was a week ago. Of course I can't eat the entire cake in one week, so as I was eating a slice of icecream cake last night, there was a brown stand of straight hair embedded into the cake. My fiancee and I have both black curly hair. It wasn't laying on top of the cake, nor on the side of the cake. It was inside the border of the cake. We both instantly felt sick. I reached out to the location we purchased from to inform them, and he says to me 'That can't be. The cakes are already premade!' 'He then asked 'did you bring it in?' I responded, no because this was just last night and your store was closed at the time. He was not willing to help and I am completely disappointed in not only the hair being in my cake, but the response I received from the employee!
