Got delivery, bitter cold outside, driver was awesome and happy. Nicely done.

My husband was at work and ordered pizza for me and the kids, when we received it I noticed it was very overcooked, but he had spent his money so we ate it! However when my husband came home he was not happy and stated that this quality was unacceptable especially because we paid our money, when he called the store so they could rectify the situation the employee was extremely rude and very dismissive! We order from dominoes all the time and our very dissatisfied with our service today!

I have tried to use the app more the three times, and nothing happened. I even showed the personnel and they said in order to use my rewards I have to use the app. How can I use the app if it's not working?

I would give 0 stars but it’s not an option. These people pretend to deliver your food then lie about it. When you call in they laugh at you and then the manager accuses you of lying and screams at you before hanging up. I’ve never been treated so awfully by a person supposed to be working in customer service in my life. She doesn’t let you get a word in edgewise, doesn’t listen, doesn’t apologize, doesn’t offer alternative solutions and talks over you. She has zero compassion or understanding and defaults to a combative and insulting attitude and even accused me of lying. Why would I prepay through an app and tip the driver 25% to drive less than three miles for a delivery and then lie about receiving it? All she had to do was apologize and say that they would have it right out to me, but instead…she just had to accuse the customer of lying and argue to win, not to make the customer happy. A person like that will hemorrhage money out of a business. Overall terrible experience and I’m honestly in shock but hey, at least the “manager” got the last word and the opportunity to feel like a hard ass in front of her laughing employees.

Got some wings and garlic bites from this place for the first time over the weekend and that service was great, fast and the food was amazing ! I will definitely be back again !!!

If I could leave NO stars I would have I paid by card and was planning to tip in person cash however I never got the chance the driver left my pizza on the stair and when I called to get an ETA the driver said u didn’t tip so I don’t care where I left it!!! Wow I can’t believe this so disappointed and disgusted 🤮 I will never order again…. Dominos do better without customers you dont go to work and everyone don’t tip on cards out of fear that the driver may not get the entire tip I literally trashed 2 pizzas out of fear that the driver may have done something out of spite thinking they wouldn’t get tipped…. This place is absolutely disgusting I just can’t believe people talk that way to customers…. Then when we call the manager on duty tells us they not doing anything about and I quote the manager says “like I said it’s not our policy to just throw food out but we not refunding you or remaking your food” this place is just trashy!!!!!!!!!! The manager stayed on the phone arguing and yelling at us…. Soooo trash
