Order pizza for pick up for my lunch. Was told it'll be ready at 1:27. Get to the store and was told it'll be an additional 8 mins. They just made it and out in when I got here. Order finally ready at 1:46. Was told they were the only one working. There was 2 people in the store working. Not pleased with the service. Do better.

How could a pizza place that's been in business for 20 years be so inept. Delivered order 1hour late and it was cold to the touch. They do not answer there phone and have no excuses upon delivery.

This is the last BBQ Chicken pizza I will order from this location. This used to be our favorite pizza, but the last one ordered and the one I just picked up has no BBQ sauce on it. Dry pizza. If there is sauce, it is so little that you cannot taste it or even see it. For a chain to charge this price, there should be quality control and consistency.

They need to op-out of DoorDash for delivery and deliver themselves every time doordash deliver for them I come up with items missing and when I call to say something the person on the phone seems not to care one bit customer service is terrible

Manager sucks and doesn't have enough staff and for Valentine's Day at that . Didn't offer a free pizza for not having the order ready after waiting for 30 mins.
Someone needs to talk to dashers when there is a line in the dining room. Also, learn what button notifies order is ready. That will prevent dashers waiting & being angry.

Ordered 3 pizzas online which was somehow doubled. They charged for 6 and outsourced the delivery to DoorDash which only delivered 5. Ordered 3, paid for 6, received 5! Pick a different place.

With the Marcos closing we have recently started going to donatos the pizza flavors are unique and delicious and the staff is always extremely friendly.

If I could give a 0, I would. Ordered and never had anything delivered. Tried to call in multiple times and they wouldn’t even answer. Called in and chose the “new order” option and they finally answered, but “couldn’t help with existing orders” because it was a call center. Incredibly unorganized location. We ended up needing to go to a competitor and now have to challenge the payment.
