Someone needs to talk to dashers when there is a line in the dining room. Also, learn what button notifies order is ready. That will prevent dashers waiting & being angry.

Ordered 3 pizzas online which was somehow doubled. They charged for 6 and outsourced the delivery to DoorDash which only delivered 5. Ordered 3, paid for 6, received 5! Pick a different place.

With the Marcos closing we have recently started going to donatos the pizza flavors are unique and delicious and the staff is always extremely friendly.

If I could give a 0, I would. Ordered and never had anything delivered. Tried to call in multiple times and they wouldn’t even answer. Called in and chose the “new order” option and they finally answered, but “couldn’t help with existing orders” because it was a call center. Incredibly unorganized location. We ended up needing to go to a competitor and now have to challenge the payment.

We have used this location for more than 10 years. Their pizza used to be good. I can’t believe how terrible they are now. They have burned our order before, but their new undercooked pepperoni pizza is a terrible recipe.

Went to pick up pizza and they forgot the sour cream for the mariachi. Unfortunately, we can’t eat it with out it and even paid for extra . The manager didn’t care and told us to call the 1800 number and no refunds on the pizza or offer to make another one. I never ate one bite and wasted time driving there .Their response was they had a new and we’re at fault for forgetting a major ingredient but no way to make right.
