Ill make it simple and short, just don't go over there, the staff are very bad, they don't care about you or your order they just do whatever they want, and the place over there is very very dirty, on top of that when they give you your coffee and food its very very cold, and they grab the cup from the top where you put you mouth and drink, and they are very rude they just argue over obvious things, i told the guy its cold its not hot he said it is hot, i opened the cup and put my hand in the cup to show him that the "hot" coffee didn't burn me its very cold.
Spend your money somewhere else.

I suggest that you read the reviews this place is a joke...I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich toasted extra...I also ordered a cup of loaded hashbrowns...the potatoes were cold as well as the cheese sauce and bacon...cold cheese sauce!,I didn't take a pic of the hashbrowns but I did of the double toasted sandwich which wasn't even toasted at all.. a pic of the receipt clearly shows that I ordered it toasted dark...my daughter had a separate order of unsweetened coffee and a sourdough sandwich, her sandwich wasn't toasted and they used sweetener and sugar in her coffee she had to insist that they make it unsweetened,they even tried to tell her that it was unsweetened after she tasted it ...straight up lied to her...just ridiculous...

Slow as hell. It took over 15 mins to get 2 donuts with 2 cars in the line.

This is my second time going into this location and the machine is down. You are in customer service if the machine is down let the customer know, offer a different choice of drink instead of making me wait an additional 10 mins. Customer service sucks, when I worked in food service we gave the customer a different drink and refunded them. I will not be back

Drove here and they're not open. I don't have the ability to go through the drive-thru Google says it's open. Not a good way to do business
Service without concern for public health. Saturday, Cashier Handling money and payment from customers and then handling food and drinks with no gloves. Repeatedly puts hands all over coffee lids with no gloves after taking money, passing on germs, unhealthy habits. No longer patronizing this business.

I ordered an egg and cheese croissant but got a croissant with no egg and no cheese! I took a picture with a timestamp because I had already left and when I came back the Indian not so gentleman says “no problem” and refused to give me a refund or remake it. Terrible service. They barely know how to speak English!

They get it right every time! I have a unique coffee order, that is delicious to someone who likes sweet coffee. They complete my order without hesitation. I come here daily because my autistic son loves this place. Not only did the waitress seem disinterested when I went to order my meal, but as I drove by and watched her cooking, I noticed that not only had she burned the food, but she had also forgotten to add an egg to my sandwich. She then tried to remove a small portion of the bread's charred crust before wrapping it and placing it in my bag. She then brought the item up to me while wearing a large, false smile, as if I was the only one who enjoyed the service. I wouldn't advise anyone to visit this place.
