Dunkin' South is a great spot! I've found the coffee there consistently better than Starbucks – richer flavor and just what I need to start my day. Highly recommend!

What a rip off! I ordered a $6 drink with “less ice”. They still added ice to cover almost half of the cup. I am now wondering how much more ice would that be if it was regular ice!
They don’t care about people who does delivery for them.
Out of all the Dunkin’ Donuts in my area, this location has the worst customer service by far. We (my kids and I) often take our orders through drive-thru and without fail they get it wrong. Had we not checked our bags, every visit would be $12 wasted per person. These are the most lazily trained workers I have ever seen.

I like to hit Dunkin when I'm out and about. Great quick stop for coffee and donut.

Got to the store first, stood in line, took the orders of people who came in after us first and wouldn’t take our orders in person. Forced us use the point of sale terminal. Then had to wait for them to receive our order. They were busy but it was extremely disappointing.

Walked in was told to.use the kiosk then a man walked in and The female cashier asked how she could help him and proceeded to.make his order before mine. I waited for 5 minutes and asked if my order was ready she said did you use the kiosk clearly she had seen me so I said yes you watched me do it. She said we'll what do you want and then proceeded to get my order ready but then another customer walked in a she stopped making my order to help him! Never again DD and im there every Saturday morning with no problems. Short old lady with white hair you don't belong in customer service
The coffee that I ordered was a little lukewarm, so I politely asked if they could just throw it in the microwave to heat it up. Didn’t even ask them to remake it. The young girl at the counter first looked at me like I was an idiot and then the response I got was a rude “we can’t control the temperature of the coffee” and that they do not have a microwave to heat anything up. Just bad service. Find employees that care about their job.

Incompetent staff that completely missed my order
This was my first, and last time at this DD. It was disgustingly filthy! Every table was dirty, greasy fingerprints all over them. The floor was beyond filthy! Dropped food (no, NOT crumbs - FOOD) under every table. It was obvious a child had just been at the table I sat at because half of the kids breakfast was on the floor under the table. And the filthy high chair was still sitting there. (BTW - I didn't sit at another table because unfortunately the one I chose was the least dirty of them all. The vinyl on many of the chairs is ripped, or cracked. I didn't even want to touch the chairs, they were so grossly dirty. I sat on napkins and covered the table top with napkins prior to putting any of my food on it. There are missing wall tiles, filth under movable fridges and countertops, trash on the floor in front of the cash register. The staff obviously does not know how to care for the dining area of the restaurant. There were 3 or 4 employees just standing around talking and on their cell phones, all the while the dining area is filthy. The girl that took my order seemed bothered by the fact that I ordered food, not just coffee and a donut. I guess she has to work harder to hand me a breakfast sandwith. I ordered an egg and cheese English muffin. The muffin was RAW. Not just under toasted. It was not toasted at all. The sandwich was terrible and I ended up throwing the top layer of muffin away because it was so gross. DD corporate needs to talk to this franchisee, because whoever that is, is doing a terrible job. I also might drop a hint to the Health Department to pay them a visit. I wish I had taken pictures!

Doughnuts are delicious, but the ordering system is idiotic. I ordered three boxes for three different friends on the kiosk, each with a variety of doughnuts. However, the receipt shows all of them combined. I didn't come here to see computer solving stupid math problems; I just wanted to buy doughnuts.
