Wow Dunkin, stick to coffee and donuts. I did drive thru for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with hash browns. Both were room temperature, at best and neither was crispy at all! Eggs had zero taste! I threw 7$ in the trash. Absolutely disgusting!

There is a reason people prefer Target over WalMart. Chick Filet over McDonald’s and Starbucks over Dunkin. The difference is simple. People actually care about you and your order. I haven’t been to Dunkin since 1984. The old Dunkin was amazing. When I came here and got ice cold hash browns, I asked for a complete refund on my order. Left and went to Starbucks. My hash browns were not lukewarm warm. They were ice cold. Starbucks would never serve ice cold food. I know. I’ve been a loyal customer for more than 10 years. It’s lazy and a sign that employees don’t give a crap about their job when they serve ice cold food. Don’t blame the renovations. I’ve been to many Starbucks undergoing renovations and still got 5 star excellent service. I WILL NEVER RETIRN TO ANY DUNKIN AGAIN.

Yelling ‘What?’ when you can’t hear an order can come across as rude. It would be more polite to say, ‘I’m sorry, could you please repeat that?’ This is not the first time I’ve experienced this kind of service here. The way customers are treated makes me not want to come back and order again.
