El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant

When we first arrived, it took 15 mins
for someone to acknowledge us just a
party of 2 then once we were seated one
of the employees was carrying to many
dishes and dropped everything including a
bowl of salsa which landed all over me, my
clothes my smart watch and also my hair
and I wear my natural hair which is 4c type
hair and this day I had my hair straighten,
My friend then spoke with a manager and
she said that this has never happened
before and it was just an accident and did
nothing to rectity the situation, I was not
looking to have my bill clear or anything
but a simple sorry would have been
appreciated but instead I was met with
sorry not sorry. Needless to say I will never
return to this restaurant and will not
suggest them to anyone.

Forget taking your kids to Indy Scream park, take them to El Rodeo. They have such a fun atmosphere, the food is delicious, and the staff are super sweet. (The queso is also never watered down, if thats a worry for queso lovers.)

I took my 5 year old son here for the first time & he said it's the best Mexican food he's ever had in his life. He's very passionate about it. For that reason I give the overall experience a 10/10. Seriously delicious food. Salsa is off the charts.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and an order of tacos for one of my staff members. Charged me for chips and salsa and my bill was a total of $65! When I called to question why the bill so high and why my "quesadilla" is the size of a small taco for the price of $15, they were about as unfriendly as it gets. Will NEVER be back to this establishment.

I tried to add a video but couldn’t. I ordered the nacho carbon the Queso was so runny it was like water as you can still see from the photo. My food was cold! Asked for my chips on the side for 3 orders and got 1 bag of chips (not including chips for our salsa) for a $50 order. I highly would not recommend them! Or please check your order before leaving

Fast service.courteous waiters and everyone wants to help and make people comfortable.
Food was really good. Picture of Chimichanga. Ice tea was blah tho.

They were slow to get the check tho. Lol
