Our dine-in dinner was a super experience. Food, as always was a 10, hot, delicious and quickly plated. It was made more enjoyable because of Don. He was joyful, pleasant to be around, and helpful. We were amazed at how he was always buzzing around the room, cleaning, clearing and spreading cheer wherever he went. So polite and eager to please. He would be a great trainer! We recommend a raise for Don. A BIG one!😁. You hire SUPER employees.

I had a wonderful experience at this Fazolis today! You see, I have a speech disorder that often causes me to stutter, and while I was trying to order, which was taking longer than usual and drawing a bit of unwanted attention to myself, an employee named Christian noticed right away and stepped up to help. He was patient, kind, and made sure I felt completely at ease. That kind of genuine care is something I don't usually get!
I just wanted to try the 4-Cheese Stuffed Shells, which they are amazing btw, but the service and staff were awesome to me and it was nice to have a different experience! Thank you and I'll definitely be back!

They added AI to their drive thru that doesn't work, so we asked for a team member and the team member working got really upset by this and said we should have used the AI to pick up our mobile order... Which leads me to believe from working in the service industry that fazolis wants their workers to push the AI and probably has an amount of orders they are expecting to be taken care of through it. So we got up to the window and this woman did not say a word to us and basically threw our food out the window at us and walked away??! Absolutely wild. Do better.

Don was a amazing worker, he made sure to help me with my order and my rewards super nice and respectful and made sure to get us a good deal on our food all you can eat breadsticks when you dine in, and not only that but made sure we knew we’re everything was for when we done eating.
