So thankful to find a place that carries Egg free (Vegan) cupcakes for our allergy kiddo!! It helped that they were delicious too! The vibe was wonderful and the kids loved sitting inside a cupcake while eating their cupcakes! No wonder this place has won awards for YEARS!!! 💛

I decided to give this place a try again after about 2-3 years and it's worse. They went from being just dry and crumbly to being just not good at all. I bought two cupcakes and spent $12 just to throw them both in the garbage. How about throw this whole place in the garbage. 🗑

This is one of my favorite places to get a sweet treat! I have Celiac disease and I also prefer to eat Vegan if possible and they offer plenty of options for both of those hurdles!
The shop is too cute, it makes me want to hang out in there forever! The staff is also amazing, I usually stop by in the early afternoon and the awesome girl at the counter always asks me what I am looking forward to that day. Such amazing people in an amazing shop with such delicious, inclusive treats!

Ordered a custom smash cake since they are one of the few vegan options in the area. In my call to order, initially I was going to order the Godiva with customizations, but the individual on the phone told me about their smash options which seemed like a better fit. Since I still wanted additional decoration, I asked her to note that and was willing to pay for the difference. Unfortunately, the order wasn't taken correctly or notes were not followed and at pickup the icing was the wrong color- which was exacerbated by the baking staff not being available to fix that day.
To their credit they did give us a second cake that we had to pick up the next day (same day of the event) - the color was correct, but they still didn't add the additional decor initially requested. Since we have a child with allergies it was concerning so we will have to choose another vendor in the future. It's hard to know what else wasn't followed in the directions.
I recently made an order for cupcakes for Halloween. I was trying to have something custom done, but whomever I was speaking to on the phone told me they could do almost nothing to customize the cupcakes. I had asked for purple frosting, they said they could not do that with the flavor I was asking for (as someone who bakes, that's incredibly easy to do). I gave up on that and asked if they could just pipe on some spiderwebs, again they said no, no additional icing was allowed. I gave up and asked if they could put on white chocolate ghosts, which they had been advertising on their Facebook. They agreed to that, so the order was for the cupcakes with Halloween sprinkles and white chocolate ghosts.
When I picked up the order, there were not any white chocolate ghosts at all. They did the Halloween sprinkles, but then just made up other stuff like toy rings and they piped a spider on one of them (after telling me they couldn't do that???). The cakes themselves tasted good, but I would not recommend trying to do any sort of custom order here.

I LOVE The Flying Cupcake!! Their cupcakes are always moist and the icing is never too sweet. I was in and the girl that took care of me was sooo sweet she asked me what the best part of my day had been so far. I wanted to tell her that it was actually her caring enough to ask me that question. So I’m sorry I don’t know her name but she worked Sunday so could you tell her she made me say brighter and to never change. Thank you for hiring caring people while making amazing cupcakes!!
