Ordered a custom smash cake since they are one of the few vegan options in the area.
In my call to order, initially I was going to order the Godiva with customizations, but the individual on the phone told me about their smash options which seemed like a better fit. Since I still wanted additional decoration, I asked her to note that and was willing to pay for the difference. Unfortunately, the order wasn't taken correctly or notes were not followed and at pickup...

I recently made an order for cupcakes for Halloween. I was trying to have something custom done, but whomever I was speaking to on the phone told me they could do almost nothing to customize the cupcakes. I had asked for purple frosting, they said they could not do that with the flavor I was asking for (as someone who bakes, that's incredibly easy to do). I gave up on that and asked if they could just pipe on some spiderwebs, again they said no, no additional icing was allowed....
