Second time in the last month they forgot a meal or send the wrong one. For $40 you would think they would get it figured out or at least double check the receipts There resolution make you drive back while the rest of your food gets cold lose lose. Last time they were going to mail gift cards magically never came. So now one hot meal and 2 40 minute old soggy ones. Waste of time $$$$ and energy.

Excellent meal today from the drive thru. Hopefully they've done a better job keeping the interior clean as the last time I ate in the store, it was pretty gross.

We love Freddy's but the last 3 times we have been to the Carmel location it has been filthy. I really wish it would get cleaned more often.

Californian born and raised in we would never eat this. Too many carbs. Besides, we have In N Out Burger when we wanna eat like crap at 2 am after 2 pitchers of beer at the beach. 🏝️

I have been going into Freddy’s since the day they have opened. I work right across street on the same side. I enjoy my mid afternoon cup of caffeine the food is always hot fresh and they are quick. Wanted to finally give them a shout out.

I took my son to Freddy’s for his birthday lunch since he loves their food. The meal was great, but we encountered an issue when ordering ice cream for later. I informed the staff at the counter that we’d need the ice cream later, and they assured me it was being prepared.

About 5–10 minutes later, I went back to check because my name or number hadn’t been called, only to find out it hadn’t been made yet—they had simply forgotten. The manager acknowledged the mistake and assured me it would be made quickly. However, the rushed preparation left much to be desired. The concrete mixers were not mixed properly, and the sundae I ordered was missing its syrup. Overall, the ice cream felt hastily thrown together, which was disappointing.

Dietary restrictions: I informed them that I am gluten-free, and they went out of their way to ensure there was no cross-contamination. When it comes to handling gluten allergies, their attention to detail was absolutely top-notch
