I just took my first yoga class in almost 10 years at the YogaSix Carmel location. I’m not sure why but I was incredibly nervous to try again after a back injury has had me very inactive, however Anna answered all my silly questions and was very kind throughout the process. She checked on me during and after class, which I appreciated very much. The Restore class is perfect for getting me back into it, and also the best stress relief!! My only wish is that they would open another studio on the west side of Indy closer to home!

The price on the sign was 40 cents different to the price of the pump. That wasnt the only problem. The air pump was broken. This place seems to be in disrepair and poorly managed.

Yoga studios have their own vibe. I walked in and felt the same vibe as my home studio Santosha in Hendersonville Tennessee, so if you are traveling and want to have a chill yoga experience, drop in, you'll be glad you did.
