I just took my first yoga class in almost 10 years at the YogaSix Carmel location. I’m not sure why but I was incredibly nervous to try again after a back injury has had me very inactive, however Anna answered all my silly questions and was very kind throughout the process. She checked on me during and after class, which I appreciated very much. The Restore class is perfect for getting me back into it, and also the best stress relief!! My only wish is that they would open another...
Yoga studios have their own vibe. I walked in and felt the same vibe as my home studio Santosha in Hendersonville Tennessee, so if you are traveling and want to have a chill yoga experience, drop in, you'll be glad you did.
I took my first class at YogaSix yesterday and was thoroughly happy with it! SlowFlow was recommended to me by Anna and it was a great fit for me. Blocks and a strap were already ready for the students in a space that was warm and very comfortable. Anna also taught the class with great, very well-timed prompts. The class is designed for all levels of experience. I thoroughly recommend giving YogaSix a try!
