We both ordered the big bow sandwich. I think that was the name. It consisted of a fried egg, a sausage patty cheese and hash browns on a soggy hamburger bun. We asked for fruit as the side. It came in a tiny cup containing three pieces of cut strawberry and a few grapes. The coffee was “serve yourself”. It was lukewarm.
Before I ordered, I asked their server a question about a couple of the menu items ( e.g., “Is the ham on the eggs Benedict ham or Canadian bacon?”). She couldn’t answer any of them. At the end of a very mediocre meal, we paid the $50 bill, including a generous tip.

You can get a better breakfast meal at McDonald’s.

First time going for a friend's birthday and what started off as a personal rush and frustrations, quickly turned around that's to the AMAZING customer service of C to the Area. Carla was patient, friendly and really made you feel at home. The manager did a great job with seeing the atmosphere. Miranda was also a gem. Definitely a place I'd come back to

This place is really quaint and cute however the food was absolutely terrible and expensive. We had egg scrambles, avocado toast and a sandwich. Bread and croissant were stale, egg scrambles had no taste and very small portions, the side of fruit was brought in a saucepan you basically had one strawberry 4 blueberries and 2 grapes. 80+ dollars for 3 people. Cannot recommend unfortunately

I had my daughter's baby shower here, it was delightful, beautiful, and much more resonably priced than other venues in the area.

Food is always great. I love the fun pink decorations. This is my daughters favorite restaurant in Carmel.

I hosted a baby shower for my daughter at this place and was extremely pleased. The food, staff and atmosphere were wonderful. All the guests seemed to really enjoy themselves. I would definitely host another event here.

I have tried this restaurant 3 times and have really wanted to like it. I know it is locally owned which is a plus. It has very cute girly decorating.

The first time I went I ordered a fried green tomato sandwich. I love fried green tomatoes! The sandwich came and the bread was grilled and the green tomatoes were sliced and raw. I chalked this up to being a new restaurant with possibly new cooks. I explained to the waitress how the sandwich should be cooked and she had the tomatoes fried for me.

The 2nd time I went with my husband and we were seated. It took 30 minutes for the waitress to wait on us. I had to flag her down. She was not very pleasant. I can’t remember the food order but I remember my husband had cold food and we were both underwhelmed.

I decided to give it a third try. I took my son and his girlfriend. We again had a very unfriendly waitress. We ordered the Crawls (beignets). They were totally dark brown, little flavor, and what seemed to be a powdered sugar and butter sauce which was barely mixed. It needed lemon or something to give it flavor. There was none and the Crawls were dry. I had an egg salad sandwich which had very stale bread and flavorless egg salad. I could see the dill in it but no flavor. One of us got the tuna salad sandwich - dry bread and practically throwing the tuna out of the can on bread. Not good. My son had the cheeseburger and was not impressed with it. The coffee bar should just be served at the table because it is just regular coffee, sweetener, and cream or oat milk. There’s no reason to get up and squeeze between tables to get your own coffee.

Overall, they need to step up the friendliness and serve better tasting food. We are all foodies and this has a lot to be desired. Our bill was $80 with tip for subpar food. The price did not reflect the food quality.

First of all this place is so so cute and the decor is awesome. Love all the vintage touches. The staff is super friendly. The coffee bar was fun and had really good coffee. The food was not good though, so disappointing bc I really don’t want this place to close! The hashbrowns were just a deep fried patty (like McDonald’s), pancakes were small and like a frozen pancake, bacon was not crispy at all and my daughter’s waffle had hard bits of sugar(?) throughout! Definitely won’t go back for the food. Sad to spend over $100 on breakfast that wasn’t good.

Pink pigment everywhere, sets the tone. All chauvinists of either gender take note. Enough said on this topic.

40+ minutes from seating to food entrees served, slightly more than half seating capacity upon arrival. Maybe 2/3 capacity but fairly sparse quickly post peak.

Food was good we had lunch not breakfast. See pics. Smash burger bun soft and fresh, gooey cheese. Croissant chicken very light on mayo, shredded fine chopped chicken. Carrot cake cold yet fluffy enough.

But not sure why dessert was served with a coffee cup saucer, first time ever after xx years work travel and many restaurants. A message thing? Read on.

Server not pleasant at onset obvious negative eye glance away as if irritated. I had to put forth extra effort to engage and encourage any comfortable rapport. About 3/4 way through visit, more conversational but not nearly as chatty as with other tables. Hmmm.

Did check on us frequently but text messaging might have been more pleasant. By end of visit (gratuity time) more perky attitude how timely. Odd table out.

Coffee bar is self service, pick your mug, pump dispenser. No fanfare here, nor emphasis differentiation on coffee blends significantly obvious. Anticlimactic.

My wife and I decided to try this new breakfast place in Carmel on Rangeline rd. We ordered the special (an egg soufflé ) and I ordered a side waffle. The egg soufflé was extremely dry, with nearly no sausage, and minimal cheese that was like a rock. The waffle was about 3 inches in diameter for the small price of approximately $8!! We decided to contact the manager. She stated to my wife with some paraphrasing, “You should have told the waitress. We should have charged you $3.50 less for the waffle. That’s just how we make the special (egg soufflé ).” My wife failed to tell the manager that the self serve coffee carafe was empty (nearly no one in restaurant at the time), and waitresses looked like they were running ragged. End result:Manager stated, “Come in and collect you $3.50, if you don’t like the restaurant, there are several nice places to eat in Carmel…”. This is horrible customer service, condescending, and extremely poor business not to mention the poor food quality!! Ill be surprised if “Goodness Gracious” Restaurant survives more that 5 months, I will be extremely surprised! Do not waste your money there (our total for this garbage was $50 plus)!!

I wanted to give this place a 5 star review however, we had a reservation for 1pm and waited 20 minutes to get seated the hostess was very nice and kind but seemed confused about where to seat us. Food was good but we ordered at 1:11 and didn’t get our food until 2:05. Wasn’t very busy in fact a lot of people were leaving at 1:30. Our waitress was nice and kind but seemed very forgetful on things. My wife asked for a cup of ice and it look 15 minutes just to get that.. I’m sure there’s a lot of inexperience here with service. We were so excited about coming here and left disappointed.

Very cute spot to grab a bite to eat. Just about everything is vintage themed. I LOVED the dining ware and decorations. The mismatch touches fit the vibe so well.

The food was very tasty. I go the buffalo stuffed sweet potato 😳. This was a traditional type of goto dish for me but I LOVED it. I got a cup of carrot chowder to go (also not a go to- i have to force myself to eat carrots) and now this will be my go to if I need more carrots in my life (so yummy!)

This place is a must try!

We went in this morning and sat right down, they were not very busy, did have one large party. But otherwise lots of empty tables. We sat for 10 min with multiple severs and workers passing us by. Other folks came in the door and they were sat and asked for drinks and order and we still were not even acknowledged. Not sure if it was because we came in biking attire or not.
