So I first had a slice at Carmel Fest and the people working that area were kind and told me about their location, I just moved to Indiana. I wanted to try them out that day so I ordered a pizza. I believe a teenage young man was working and he was so kind and helpful. The pizza was great and I really do appreciate the customer service from Carmel Fest and the restaurant.

Had the worst experience ever here I eat here all the time never has it took more then 40 mins for a pasta then everyone just walking around and making jokes not funny at all

Love Greeks but this was not a great experience. Not enough people working, slow and rude service, customers angry, place looked dirty. Was very sad to see this place go downhill. Will go to the one in Fishers instead.

Ordered two pizzas for pick up. It took them seven minutes to figure out that I was missing a pizza. They then made the missing pizza and proceeded to hand me my cold pizza plus the new one they just made without comping me anything or even saying sorry for the mistake which they saw on their receipt. I had even tipped them online. There’s no leadership in there to provide customer service. It’s a bunch of young kids running it. Just beware. I will definitely not be back.

Their pizza is always great. Their estimated times for pizza to be picked up is severely lacking. Ordered two pizzas at 6:30. Was told 7:23 would be ready. Arrived at 7:23 then told it was just going into oven and call back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later another employee told me it just went into the oven and call back in 15. 25 minutes later finally got the pizzas. 8:10 pm was the time. I understand many things can be out of there control, but shoot it to me straight.

Easily one of the best pizzas in town. The only issue here is that their pizza is quite expensive. I also highly recommend any of their pasta dishes.
We ordered two pizzas- one specialty and one pepperoni. When we got home the pepperoni slices were all separated and cold as if it had been made an hour earlier and had been under a warmer. The specialty pizza was obviously made fresh. Very pathetic experience.

I think there was a quiet change of ownership. I went in today to get the usual slice. They were sitting on the counter in a warmer (which should have been my first red flag), they guy taking my order was being weird and taking forever to put in my order and give me total (again for 1 slice). The cost has gone up $2, I was surprised but it was fine, until I took a bite. It’s cold, hard and looks like box pizza. This is not Greeks. I am so disappointed this was one of my favorite quick and easy lunch places in Carmel. I noticed the renovations before but hadn’t thought much of it. It’s been maybe a month since my last visit, but today the whole experience including the aesthetics seemed very uninviting.

Greeks is on a downward trajectory. Picked up on main st. Girl at the front desk looked like I had disrupted her evening. Immediately asked my wife to warm the oven up as I’m driving home. Pizza was… warm-ish. Got some extra toppings that we don’t usually get. Onions just in clumps. Clearly the work of someone would couldnt care less. Greeks used to be flawless everytime. Highly recommend getting Jets instead or really anything else. Bland pizza, bland service. 35 bucks for a pizza and breadsticks. Last order for me from Greeks. Better options all over the place.

since new managers have come in, prices are up, quality is so far down, the atmosphere just isn’t what your expect when you go to greeks anymore. management is unhelpful and honestly insensitive to customers in need and staff. sad to see.

This used to be a $5..00-$6.00 slice and drink for lunch...but now the TVs are gone, you can't get your own drink, and was $8.50 for a below average, luke warm slice. I can get a better slice, nice side salad and drink any of the Pucchinis...for about the same price.
