So I first had a slice at Carmel Fest and the people working that area were kind and told me about their location, I just moved to Indiana. I wanted to try them out that day so I ordered a pizza. I believe a teenage young man was working and he was so kind and helpful. The pizza was great and I really do appreciate the customer service from Carmel Fest and the restaurant.

Their pizza is always great. Their estimated times for pizza to be picked up is severely lacking. Ordered two pizzas at 6:30. Was told 7:23 would be ready. Arrived at 7:23 then told it was just going into oven and call back in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later another employee told me it just went into the oven and call back in 15. 25 minutes later finally got the pizzas. 8:10 pm was the time. I understand many things can be out of there control, but shoot it to me straight.

This place is great. The young ladies behind the counter were very nice and friendly. The pizza was ready right when I walked in. The pizza and bread sticks were fantastic.
I will totally be back. Thanks for a great first experience!
