Milk tea is pretty good but it will be nice if he put more tapioca balls. The service was just OK.

yikes! Their store had a claw machine that is a scam! We won a prize and it dropped the prize before reaching the collection area. We brought the concern to their workers and they said they couldn’t even do anything about it. Just a bit disappointing ?

Stop number of the bubble tea journey... Harmony is in Clay Terrace near the north side. The shop is upscale, clean with tables inside and out. You order and pay from a kiosk. Then a barista makes the order and sends a text when ready. The menu options were easier to understand than other tea shops. I was ecstatic to see sugar-free options. I selected a sugar-free dragon fruit smoothie. It was delicious and refreshing - no sugar needed. The dragon fruit was prominent. Wow. The only down side was that you have to leave your phone number, which I thought was ridiculous. They make poke too, I'll try next time.

I live in LA so my standards for boba is high. I got a taro boba here and it was bad. Had no flavor and tasted bland. Boba was hard. Not worth the $8!

First off the boba today was not good at all especially for the price of it. Also why are they asking for tips if they are just doing their job like we didn’t even order to them we ordered in a screen and they just make it which is their job so why is there even an option for tips?? It was super bland and not really good. Overall this is the worst boba i have ever had except for one time in Chicago from a truck.
Not worth the wait. It took 20 minutes for my order on a weekday afternoon, and a few of the drinks ended up being made wrong.

I absolutely love poke bowls. This place however is cutting corners and that is quite upsetting. This is the second time I ordered a poke bowl with sushi rice and I got white long grain rice instead. I can taste and see the difference. I’m not sure who they are trying to fool

All the ordering is done on kiosks at the store. You can even type in special instructions, which we did and that was done accurately. We ordered 3 different drinks but had each split into 2 cups which was perfect size for us. We ordered the Mango Pomelo sago, the red bean smoothie and the Peach smoothie. All the drinks were as we had wanted and were expecting. The Mango Pomelo was different, it had sago in it as well as Mango pieces and pomelo pieces. The small was $6.75 each and the larges were $8.75 each. The cups were cute, they came with a cute lid that had a cover for the spout attached to it.
