I order donuts for my customers here periodically and the lady that works there in the mornings isn't very kind, especially when I place a large order. I understand she probably woke up at 3am, but it's hard for me to support the lack of customer service. I prefer to order from the Brownsburg, InTech, or Kokomo stores.

The African American lady working the counter was rude and inpatient and made me feel rushed and unwelcomed. Will not be returning if it means dealing with her again.

This was my first time at jacks wasn't impressed at all the donuts taste like they just took them out the freezer and the coffee was cold đ should have went to Walmarts instead had to toss the coffee and donuts đ© just simply terrible. Definitely will not be going back.

I have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDE by an employee like I did today. I will never go to jacks again... the women was so rude I walked out without any donuts.. I ended going to a wonderful donut shop in Nora and I'm so glad I did.... Jacks... you better shape up cause there a lot of other places that are 100% better than you

Went in this morning and the lady was very rude, unwelcoming, and off putting. Nobody was at the counter when I walked in so I waited for a few minutes for her to come out. She seemed annoyed I was even there and continued to huff and puff while she waited on me. She very rudely snapped at me when I pointed at a doughnut I wanted saying she couldnât see where I was pointing. I have been here twice before and gotten excellent service with very nice people behind the counter so this took me aback. Arrived in a good mood and left it a bad one due to this ladyâs blatant annoyance and terrible attitude.

I walked in and ordered a Gluten Free Cinnamon Roll and a few other regular donuts. The employee did not clearly communicate anything regarding the GF doughnuts not being made daily or that they are frozen and warmed up for the customer upon order. She hardly said anything to me and seemed annoyed that we were even there as a customer!
For all I knew, she went into the back and WARMED UP AN OLD DOUGHNUT in the microwave and proceeded to place in the box. I get home and it's cold, the wax paper is stuck to it & it's as hard as a rock. Fool me once, I will never return here!

Very rude woman behind the counter.
When a customer comes in and asks to order over $100 of your donuts, it's probably not smart to stonewall them and act like you're annoyed at having to do your job. Oh well, I guess I'll buy thousands of dollars a year in donuts from other shops that smile and help customers.

I hate leaving 1-star reviews, and I am very, very patient and reluctant to do so. I have visited this location numerous times on different days and have had the same negative experience.By 10 AM they are out of pretty much everything.When you realize the items you want are not in stock, you have to take a minute and change your mind.On all occasions, staff was rude. Impatient. One woman was huffy like she had something else going on or like we were holding up a long line. (We weren't.)This past Sunday, while my wife was considering what to get since they were out of chocolate donut holes, the guy behind the counter says "are you going to order?" in an impatient tone.Summary: repeated negative experience, staff has better things to do than help customers, and out of stock by 10AM.
