I hate leaving 1-star reviews, and I am very, very patient and reluctant to do so. I have visited this location numerous times on different days and have had the same negative experience.By 10 AM they are out of pretty much everything.When you realize the items you want are not in stock, you have to take a minute and change your mind.On all occasions, staff was rude. Impatient. One woman was huffy like she had something else going on or like we were holding up a long line. (We weren't.)This past Sunday, while my wife was considering what to get since they were out of chocolate donut holes, the guy behind the counter says "are you going to order?" in an impatient tone.Summary: repeated negative experience, staff has better things to do than help customers, and out of stock by 10AM.
My kids and I love going to Jacks! Everyone there is always very friendly. The store is always clean and very inviting. Would definitely recommend to friends!

I must say these donuts made me feel like I was home in Chicago! My daughter has been talking about donuts lately, so I looked on Grubhub and found this donut shop and we were pleased with the priced & size we paid for a 1/2 dozen donuts. They were a little dry but they still were tasty! I can only imagine if they were fresh, how good they would’ve been. I’ve been in Indianapolis for a few months and this was the first thing I’ve had that didn’t disappoint me. Thanks Jacks Donuts!!! I will be by to see you guys in person….

We have been ordering big birthday donuts from here for our kids for 6 years. We ordered our son’s donut on December 23 for today (December 27) and prepaid. My husband went to pick it up this morning at 6:30 and was told they didn’t get to it. Seriously? That’s a real explanation to a customer? Unbelievable. We have a very disappointed birthday boy this morning and we will never be utilizing this store again.

I used to be a big Jacks fan, but I won’t be going back. The Donuts were terrible. The wait staff was also pretty bad. Go to Pana for good ones.
The woman taking the order was not personable. She had an attitude the entire time servicing myself, husband and daughter. We stayed pleasant however the feeling of not wanting to be served was definitely felt. Our family loves Jack's donuts, but we will not be returning.

DOESNT ACCEPT COUPONS. Jack’s donuts is an official sponsor of the pacers. At the game they give away coupons for a free donut. However, this location says they do not accept them and you have to buy the donuts. DONT SUPPORT THIS PRACTICE!!Maybe business can train users before releasing them to be on their own. I wonder if other food safety was completed before having a single employee there. The employee stated that each one was a franchise and that franchise specially doesn’t accept coupons. Doesn’t sound like a think an employee would make up on the spot.

The donuts are average. Nothing bad, better than what Dunkin is slinging these days. But at Dunkin (or most places) the staff doesn't belittle you in front of other customers, get frustrated when you ask for coffee, or otherwise make you wish you never came in. I've been here several times over the past few months because I'm working nearby. This isn't the everyday experience, but neither is it an anomaly.
