Only been to this location twice. First time I ordered a matcha lemonade with raspberry flavoring. Was delicious and service was great. But today I went and ordered a green mama drink and when I was driving home and tasting it I thought it was only milk. Well I got home and poured it out into a clear cup and what do ya know , I paid $6.54 for steamed milk. I am very disappointed I spent my money here

I am a huge fan of Java House, and am at one of their locations weekly if not daily. The coffee is great and I appreciate the local ownership. The managers and some of the employees at the Clay Terrace location, though, are routinely rude. It's often difficult to find a space, and I've been yelled at for sneaking back by the exit to take a quick calls a couple of times because it's so loud. Some of the workers are pretty cold. The West Elm street location is way friendlier and better vibe.

Was disappointed to find my bacon and egg sandwich to be very minimally filled. Small egg round, very little onion and limited bacon. That sandwich and coffee were not worth $12+.

Moldy coffee. Nothing is brewed fresh. The coffee and teas are brewed elsewhere and reheated at the location. This model is ripe for molded and bad coffee. Not fresh.

Legitimately the only coffee that I have paid for, and then thrown straight in the garbage. Disgusting.
This is a fine place to stop for a coffee. I find that it is a busy spot which makes for great business. I also find that the seating and atmosphere doesn’t lead to a place to unwind and relax. There are rooms for meetings if you need them.
Parking: Be prepared to walk however it’s not far.

The barista (Annabelle I believe?) was very kind and attentive. Gave very good recommendations that helped me enjoy my overall experience. :) the food was also very good and the specialty coffee I had was delightful. Atmosphere was also very good, everyone was busy but respectful about their volume. Which helped keep an active but calm environment.

How can you call yourself a coffe shop and don't have a simple espresso, it's like selling a car with no engine....
Great coffee. Great casual and peaceful environment.

I decided to try something new while going out for coffee but now I know that I will never come back to Java House. My Iced tedster was horribly bitter and the barista added way too much syrup to it. And when I got my chocolate cookie it was basically a hot mushed up lump at the bottom of the bag. When I brought my concerns to the barista she rolled her eyes and said she would be right back, 15 minutes later another barista comes back and asks if I had been helped, when I explained what was wrong to her she told me that they had some new people and a half- meant apologize with little to no sincerity. Never again.

Slow service, bad coffee. One coffee was cold before the other one was even made.

Beautiful shop just north of Indy. Wish I could have stuck around but I had to keep driving. Had meeting rooms to rent which was interesting. Wasn't the best PSL of the year I've had. I guess they don't really do espresso. Would love to stop by again and try the straight coffee and sit a while and see if they can keep their 5 stars.
