11/17/24 we ordered our sandwiches and then when we got to the area where they had the toppings, we were finally informed that they had no lettuce. How do you not inform a customer before they place an order I would’ve ordered a hot Philly cheesesteak instead. Plus with so many grocery stores around with heads of lettuce, I find it. Unacceptable for a sub shop to not have shredded lettuce, believable. We ordered three regular sandwiches and had no lettuce

I continue to look for places to grab lunch and Jersey Mike's is at the top of the list. The are just off 116th west of Keystone. Just tucked into a strip center. The are usually busy at lunch. The subs are very good. I love the Philly Cheese steak. Excellent flavor and nice and hot. Their bread is excellent as well. It has just the right amount of crunch. They have lots of choices. Mini, 8 inch or foot long. They slice the meats fresh. You can dine in also. The staff is friendly and they work hard. Grab a coupon and give them a try.

This location needs to learn how to bake the bread it's stale and dry 98% of the time. I'm a CEC and represent the largest food manufacturers in the world. I know what old/dry/stale bread tastes like, please fix it

Very disappointed. Contents of the sub were good the roll was soaked like a sponge. Very hard to eat and enjoy.

I had every intention of writing a negative review for the Carmel location but one kind employee changed our whole attitude. We ordered two warm sandwiches and one wasn’t but we didn’t say anything because it wasn’t that important. However we ordered two drinks and there wasn’t any ice and when we asked about that we were told it was not working properly and “there wasn’t anything we could do about it”. It wasn’t what was said but how it was said, The attitude from that employee was rude to say the least. We did dispense our drinks and they were cool enough to drink so we ate our sandwiches which were delicious. We could hear the machine start to make ice and a different employee was kind enough to bring us a cup of ice. Bottom line - one kind employee saved the day and we might now consider going back when we said we never would.
Staff is always so friendly and looks like they’re all genuinely having fun, even when they’re super busy. The restaurant is always clean and very welcoming!

I am from up North, i have had Jersey Mikes many times. I stopped here after an appt at midwest eye, I was looking forward to this. We got 2 italians, mikes way and mom got a roast beef mikes way with spicy mustard. My husband said it didn't taste right, then I tried it, there was zero flavor and there is a weird bitterness that shouldn't be there. I don't know if the balance was off or what, my mom, her first time trying, said it was gross and there was no flavor. If i could've gotten my money back, i would, but i live 2.5 hrs away.
