Arrived onsite to place an order for 3 sandwiches. The person taking my order told me to add my topping at the register side. Once I got to the register side, the clerk told me that in the further to add my toppings at the order side. They are frustrated during the rush and provided contradicting information about the ordering process.

11/17/24 we ordered our sandwiches and then when we got to the area where they had the toppings, we were finally informed that they had no lettuce. How do you not inform a customer before they place an order I would’ve ordered a hot Philly cheesesteak instead. Plus with so many grocery stores around with heads of lettuce, I find it. Unacceptable for a sub shop to not have shredded lettuce, believable. We ordered three regular sandwiches and had no lettuce
Love the food. The staff was fantastic. Not a fan of their prices. Too expensive on my budget. So I treat myself every couple of months.

I continue to look for places to grab lunch and Jersey Mike's is at the top of the list. The are just off 116th west of Keystone. Just tucked into a strip center. The are usually busy at lunch. The subs are very good. I love the Philly Cheese steak. Excellent flavor and nice and hot. Their bread is excellent as well. It has just the right amount of crunch. They have lots of choices. Mini, 8 inch or foot long. They slice the meats fresh. You can dine in also. The staff is friendly and they work hard. Grab a coupon and give them a try.

This location needs to learn how to bake the bread it's stale and dry 98% of the time. I'm a CEC and represent the largest food manufacturers in the world. I know what old/dry/stale bread tastes like, please fix it

Very disappointed. Contents of the sub were good the roll was soaked like a sponge. Very hard to eat and enjoy.
