It's so noisy everyone has to shout. The sandwiches are only ok. There isn't a lot of customization available. The price for what you get is way too high. My son and I both got regular sandwiches with chips and a drink. It cost $40. We can go to a much better restaurant and feed three people for less than that. The only reason we go here is because my son has a peanut and tree nut allergy. Jimmy John's has an allergy warning and Subway keeps peanut butter cookies next to the register. Unfortunately we're stuck going to this overpriced establishment.

Stopped in for lunch and there was an extremely long line. We jumped in and waited our turn. Watching the staff was like watching a work of art.
The team worked fluidly and made orders with precision, our time came quickly. Our order was perfection. The only slight concern was temperature of the restaurant was a bit warm and uncomfortable and seating was limited by the crowd. Would definitely go back, a favorite place to stop.

This was my first time visiting Jersey Mikeâs in Carmel (6/27 @ appx 1:30pm), and the experience was just okay. The older gentleman who initially helped me was greatâfriendly and patient as I looked over the menu. I decided on a wheat turkey provolone sub, and that part of the interaction was smooth.
However, things went downhill a bit when he handed off the sandwich-making to a younger male employee. When he asked if I wanted it âMikeâs Way,â I wasnât familiar with what that meant and asked for clarification. His response was begrudging and lacked courtesy, which left a negative impression. I clearly asked for tomatoes, banana peppers, and relish. Despite that, he added pickles instead of banana peppers. When I corrected him, he visibly mumbled something to a coworker and scraped the pickles offâputting them back into the binâbefore finally adding the right toppings. That part felt unsanitary and dismissive.
The rest of the staff, including the young lady who completed my order, were fineâneutral but not particularly warm. The sandwich itself was alright, but nothing memorable.
Overall, not the best first impression. I might try another location in the future, but I wouldnât rush back to this one.

I need corporate to contact me my son was taken off the schedule for no reason and Bobby whoever he is was rude and hung up in my face
Philly is good but the bread wasn't great...need healthy options for bread or maybe I missed them
My go-to sandwich shop.
Arrived onsite to place an order for 3 sandwiches. The person taking my order told me to add my topping at the register side. Once I got to the register side, the clerk told me that in the further to add my toppings at the order side. They are frustrated during the rush and provided contradicting information about the ordering process.

No point in putting it go order in here, they wonât start making it until you get there. When I asked about it, they told me there was a sandwich robbery, and they already made it twiceđ¤Ł
Food was great and subs were large. It was very fresh. They were busy but moved the line fast. Our first time and will go back
