This location takes over an hour to arrive every single time, doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of the week. Every time I have called to ask for a delivery update I get told the driver is overwhelmed with orders, which seems like poor management if it’s happening constantly. Very consistently dissatisfied.

This Jimmy Johns has been the worst location on the north side for years. They consistently take an hour, sometimes more, to make a delivery 3 miles away regardless of time of day. Sandwiches are usually soggy by the time they arrive. Not to mention their sandwich prices are also a dollar higher than other north side locations, despite being vastly inferior in quality.

This Jimmy's lives up to their old motto, "Freaky fresh, freaky fast". Fast and Friendly service and the food is always great. The space is amazing, however not a lot of tables.
