Ordered 3 subs only got two and they were the completely wrong subs from what we ordered. No straws either.

Employee was on her phone while taking my order, which then caused her to mis-hear my order and enter it wrong. She was clearly not paying attention.

Went here for lunch yesterday. One of the best sandwiches I have had. Everything was put together nicely and tasted very fresh.
Parking can be a challenge, just be mindful of the unique entry and exit. It's a one way parking lot.
Staff was quick, helpful, and polite.

Never got my refund for an order I never got when I ordered on the app. I can still track the order.

Honestly, I don't think I've ever been inside of Jimmy John's. I always go through the drive-thru. Never had a problem at other places. Unfortunately. Your tall thin guy with a mustache obviously does not like what he does or he doesn't care about the customers. He was very rude. Had an attitude with me because I don't speak loudly. I asked for extra avocado because I didn't get tomatoes or onions on my veggie. Definitely not extra. Barely the normal amount. At least now I know I don't need to visit yours again. First time and last time

Took over 1hour to deliver my order and I’m less than 2 miles away. When I called the store, lady claimed they only have 1 diver 🙄 well hire more.

The food is usually wrong but this is the slowest JJ I’ve ever whitenessed in my life. My food will be out for delivery for legit 40 minutes and I live not even 4 min away. They are never fast.

Not freaky fast and not freaking right...
Order was delivered 1 hour and 10min from the time the order was placed for a 5 minute drive from restaurant to destination. Order arrived mostly correct but instead of a regular coke a diet coke was delivered. I highly recommend keeping the order placed to delivery time to less than 45 minutes or this restaurant will be excluded as a lunch option for me, my co-workers and many others who probably share the same sentiment.
The music inside this Jimmy John's was way too loud in my opinion.

Use the app to order 8 of the smaller Jimmy John's, paid, drive over there to find out they don't even have the bread for it. How is a sub shop who makes their own bread out of bread?

I went in for a carry out order and the 3 employees working diligently ignored my presence for over 5 minutes until I finally had to say, “What do I need to do to pick up ma an order?” One employee finally acknowledged me , but was pretty annoyed to have to actually talk to me. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. There WILL NOT be a third. I would rate service a 0 if I could.

Great food. Delivery service was a little confused. The driver told me my address was incorrect because he came to the wrong side of the building. I tried to explain the building is the same address no matter which side you look at it and to just follow the pin on the app, but I don’t think he was getting it. Still a great spot. I think I’ll just go in from now on.
