Ordered two different sandwiches there today, one of them was made incorrect and I noticed when I got home. Called and asked for them to deliver the correct one and they refused, I'm only 2 miles away. Pretty crappy customer service with it being their miss in the first place.
Edit: to the reply, seems like exceptions should be made for errors on your end and 2 miles doesn't equate to a large time based travel exception, even if there is one needed

Store hours are not posted. Walked in because the door was unlocked and a staff member let me know they were not open. I told her the store hours are not posted. She let me know they are posted online only. The staff member was polite in her interaction with me, and I have no complaints regarding any staff members. My posting is regarding the store hours. Isn’t it a city ordinance to require the posting of store hours in a visible location for customers?
The food was bad. Stale bread, vegetables that were old and not fresh. Meat even looked dark.

Pulled into drive through and waited for about 10 minutes - no response. Several others drove away but I was stuck by the concrete curb. Pulled to window and was barely greeted by a man who was obviously irritated and explained he had his headset off. Isn't the point of having a drive through to keep your head set on? He rudely asked me what I wanted and was again irritated that I couldn't remember what I wanted because there was no longer a menu in front of me. Rolled his eyes at me several times and again when he brought me the wrong size drink. I can tell he poured the drink in a larger cup and added ice and that's all. I apologized for ruining his day for coming through his drive through to which he started raising his voice and accusing me of 'coming for him.' Laughable. Rude. Highly do not recommend.

Good food, typical JJ taste. After being referred to as stupid from an employee for having a unwich sandwich cut in half, will not be back. Extremely rude.

I placed an online order and forgot to mention that the delivery address was a construction site. I called the store IMMEDIATELY so they would be able to find the location. The woman who answered was incredibly rude and asked me why my husband didn’t order his own food for lunch.
I called back about 15 min later and asked if the food had gone out yet. The same woman answered and said it hadn’t left. I asked if I could come pick up the order instead to save time. She said “Our delivery driver already left 6 minutes ago.” When I asked why she said it was still at the store then, she said she didn’t see it, then hung up the phone.
I felt so bad that I had forgotten to leave the comment and directions on how to get to the construction site. The delivery driver (I think his name was Scott but I’m not completely sure) was SO KIND and SO ACCOMMODATING. I wish I could go on the app and tip him more because of how he handled the situation. I really wish I could say the same about his coworker.

dirty. slow. sloppily made food. rude cashiers. nasty. did i mention dirty? it's like they don't know how to take the trash out. you can see the dirt all over the floor and the stains on all the tables and counter spaces. i've seen some nasty sandwich shops but this place in particular is clearly staffed by nothing but high schoolers who dont care about their summer jobs. want decent food AND service? try the bibibop or the smoothie cafe on the same strip - saves you time, money, and patience. NOT here though. TERRIBLE!!!!!

Walked in ready to order my favorite sandwhich. Was not greeted. Young man walked up with a scowl on his face and mumbled something I could not hear. I said clearly "excuse me?". He said it again..same way...I still couldn't understand him. I asked if he could repeat it. He said it again and I think he asked for my order. So I told him. H said something else in a mumble while not looking at me. I again said "excuse me". I still don't know what he said....I mentioned this to the other worker there who appeared to be a manager...and it told me I was rude......lol...I still cannot tell you what the guy said but I'm rude? HAAA...ok sir...thanks for the refund I guess.

Nothing but respect to JJ for serving fresh food and getting the order right. Question, if I forget to pickup part of my order, do I just go back and take what I forgot? It would be awesome if a cup was in the bag for pickup. Then I would have a smaller chance of missing my kids lemonade. Less drama for me. Thanks.
