I think this might be my second review of this location. I hate going here. One of the employees is so rude and kept speaking poorly about customers while there. She made you feel bad for ordering sandwiches. The Whitestown location is ten times better than this location. After looking at the other reviews it is evident that this location has had a problem with the exact woman for years and has done nothing about it. Just shows how little this location cares about their customers. Will never come here again!

went to this location 30 minutes before closing and was met with a immensely rude employee. I walked in greeted and politely asked for my order from this lady and received nothing but a glare. once paid she started yelling to one of her employees obscenities like “Do people not read the times” and other such none sense. I’m litterallt 16 and having a 40 something psycho yell at u is not pleasing

I don't typically write reviews but my experience here last night was so odd and off-putting I felt it should be made known as there are always other JJ you can go to. I arrived 45 minutes before closing. There were no other customers. The woman working didn't acknowledge me after I said hi and then looked at the clock, looked at me, sighed and slowly walked to the register where she took my order and walked away after I paid. She did some other work then made my sandwich. As I left she shook her head at me as though I had done something wrong.
I was genuinely confused by the entire interaction and I understand she may have been having a bad day. I didn't need a smile or a conversation, just not to feel like i was majorly inconveniencing her by being a customer.

I have been here at least 10 times and ordered custom sandwiches and they have not messed anything up yet which is very impressive because other locations mess it up at least half the time. The owner is always there and friendly, and the employees all have a smile on their face! I will definitely keep visiting this location!

The lady that works there is very rude! She rolled her eyes at me and I asked if they were closed. And she said no. She is also very rude to her co-workers. I can't believe you would hire someone like that! I have been there at least 5 times and this lady always treats me and my family horrible. Horrible.
