I walked into the store around 8:30pm after I got off work. There was one lady wearing a purple mask that immediately flipped her hands up as I parked. I checked the time and they close at 9pm, so I went on in. I placed my order to this man and I glanced over and the lady was glaring at me. Didn’t think anything of it and then she slams the bread on the counter and begins to cut it, and leaves it for someone else to make. They finish up with my sandwich and I hear her say “now this will be my second time washing these”. I would understand if u came in 10 minutes before they closed, and this was not my first problem with this specific person. The other time was because I asked for day old bread and she acted like it was the end of the world. Ridiculous.

Waited an hour for delivery. Called store multiple times and nobody picked up. Called corporate and they said the store/owner has to refund. Call store and act like they can't refund order.

I pulled out a gift card and some old chick wearing a mask was extremely rude and wouldn’t accept the gift card saying their “machine wasn’t working.” Later she started chucking bread around and complaining about me pulling up with a gift card saying “my sandwich would be made last because of it.” Customer service was horrible, and she especially made my experience very bad. I will not be going there again anytime soon. Lady with the mask clearly had a major crash out and needs to be fired immediately. Doesn’t want to be there at all

We go here often and the same woman is always in there. She acts like she hates you from the second you step into the store. Tonight I had to run to Home Depot and I decided to grab a sandwich before heading home. Walked in at 8:30 to get one sandwich to take home. The whole time she was complaining about how she’s not use to people coming in this late, she just wants to clean and go home. News flash lady you close at 9pm if you don’t like it get a different job or learn how to put on a customer service voice.

Tried to give a courteous call to notify the store that my sandwich ordered with extra meat hasn't been the case for the past two orders. I order for this store one if not twice a week. I order from 3 other Jimmy John's and know the expectations of a standard tuna sandwich with extra meat.
The manager ( Brittany, I believe) treated me as I was stupid and told me there was enough meat and then told me she would hand up on me if I was rude. She talked so much I was unable to even talk. Just wanted to argue. When I bite into a tuna sandwich that I ordered extra meat and only have bread in my mouth... there is a problem. The fact that the manager would not even give me the time of day to help is highly unacceptable.
I am very disappointed as I am a regular customer who often orders delivery and was not expecting such rude and poor customer service.
I will STOP supporting this Jimmy John's and will not be ordering from this location again!
I am very disappointed and no longer voting with my dollar at this establishment.
Look at the photos and tell me yourself this has extra meat.. paid $1.75 extra for nothing.

I think this might be my second review of this location. I hate going here. One of the employees is so rude and kept speaking poorly about customers while there. She made you feel bad for ordering sandwiches. The Whitestown location is ten times better than this location. After looking at the other reviews it is evident that this location has had a problem with the exact woman for years and has done nothing about it. Just shows how little this location cares about their customers. Will never come here again!

went to this location 30 minutes before closing and was met with a immensely rude employee. I walked in greeted and politely asked for my order from this lady and received nothing but a glare. once paid she started yelling to one of her employees obscenities like “Do people not read the times” and other such none sense. I’m litterallt 16 and having a 40 something psycho yell at u is not pleasing
