I go to Joella's several times a month and they never disappoint. Absolutely love their chicken , JoJo sauce and Ella's fave seasoning.

My son and I went by a few days ago and he got the real hot which was almost more than he could handle, and I got the Gangnam Style They were both in the service and that was excellent as well in a very nice atmosphere

First time coming here, was really looking forward to trying this place, but will have to wait until another time.

Staff was very friendly however the reason I am rating a one star is because of how inconvienced we were.

We came in and stood at like at 7:54 P.M. Was waiting a couple minutes for the people in front of us to finish ordering. When we stepped up to place our order it was 7:59 P.M. We wanted to get the $30 meal deal. However the lady at the front counter refused to let us get that claiming the deal ended at 8. I didn't cause a scene I just simply said we will go somewhere else, but the reason this upset me so much is because we had already been waiting in line before the deal ended. I would understand if we had stepped into line after 8, but we had already been in line to place our order at 7:59 P.M. So we should not have been refused. So the reason for the 1 star is because of being stingy.

We decided to go to Daves Hot Chicken instead. If would had known this was going to happen would not have drove down becsuse we just had gotten finished seeing a movie in Indianapolis.

Was looking forward to trying this place. Got here at 7:55 to order the $30 dinner deal. Had to wait on people in front of us ordering for 5 minutes. Lady at the front refused to let us get the dinner deal claiming it ended at 8pm. When we stepped up to order exactly at 8pm and still refused us though we'd been standing there five minutes before.

The services was okay the food was nasty and burnt will not return this was first visit

Chicken was good. Service needs a little work. We ordered meals and they gave us child cups. We didn’t know until we started looking around and everyone had adult size lol. They did fix it after I asked about it.

2nd time I’ve been here when the chicken was not thoroughly cooked. Rubber ends and just tossed into the bag. I won’t be back again. I genuinely feel sick and it’s like I’m coughing up mucus. Avoid this place for the foreseeable future.
