I was hankering for some fried chicken. I had the sweetest cashier/server: Lamika. I had an odd request and she fulfilled it graciously and with a smile. Also gave me the best pricing she could offer for the odd request. This was drive-thru so ate at home and as always, chicken cooked to perfection.

First they took way to long to my make my food wasting my time then they gave me a raw chicken sandwich. This place needs to be studied. Horrible customer service and horrible food.
It’s like every kfc ever in appearance. However we have managed to not get food here 3 times now. Once because they didn’t have chicken (at kfc) and yet were open. Once 49 min in no one had taken our drive through order. Once because 28 minutes after ordering we were waiting to pay at the drive through window. Was it a long line, nah. Us and 1 other car. That car was told to park and wait and eventually got mad and entered the store because they were there much longer and had ordered, paid and 28 min later still waiting. We had to get our kid to his appointment, now hungry. I have yet to even eat here. Go anywhere else. This place is insanely bad. Do they even HAVE chicken? Has anyone actually eaten here?

Never had a bad meal from here. I eat here at least once a week. I'm always greeted with a smile. Always friendly & fast service...especially the night crew. Keep up the good work 🫶

Waited 50 mins for our food that we ordered online. We someone asked to speak to the manager her response”the manager is busy, and i don’t care about your Uber eat order” all of us were there to pick up OUR OWN food! No one said a single word to usually please guys don’t order anything online foods from here

3 times now. 3 times I've had to wait over 30 mins and then they tell me they dont actually have what they need and they have to remake something. Seriously dont even bother coming to this location.

Chicken was dry and seemed like the oil was not changed. My child’s Mac cheese looked old and had green beans in the bottom of the individual container I ordered him. The drive through workers are not that bright you have to repeat your self about 3-5 times before they actually type in the order correctly.
The food definitely was not fresh. The workers can’t multi task or take a simple drive through order on the 1st try.

Ordered a big box meal, and got one piece of chicken. Supremely disappointed that I spent $14 on a essentially a kid's meal and did not figure it out until I got home.

This store is not run with DEI which it is has plenty, but with DUM management.

Waited for 20 mins for food while at least another 10 people were waiting even longer. It got to the point where I just left. Management must be horrible they had 2 people trying to do everything.

I went back to KFC tonight thinking maybe things were different.....still the same poor service employees were arguing with each other got home and discovered they messed up my order called the store and was told "we're humans not computers" I would NOT suggest going back there

It's been a long time with this KFC I've been coming too for years the staff was amazing and the customer service was perfection keep these people around they all deserve a raise in my eyes....
