Waited for 20 mins for food while at least another 10 people were waiting even longer. It got to the point where I just left. Management must be horrible they had 2 people trying to do everything.

I went back to KFC tonight thinking maybe things were different.....still the same poor service employees were arguing with each other got home and discovered they messed up my order called the store and was told "we're humans not computers" I would NOT suggest going back there

Google says they're open til ten but they put a piece of paper on their door saying they were closed when we went at 8:12.

This KFC is great! I purposely drive 20 min to this one because they are always so amazing. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The food has never disappointed! By far the best one around. I live less than 10 min from the one on 82nd street but that staff is always rude and I have been told more than once they don't have chicken.... what? I hope this location stays around, I will drive to Carmel from almost anywhere just to come here.

Entered in the store at 7:45 pm this evening. No employees to be found working after waiting 5 minutes. Finally give up. As walking out to the car, notice only other car in parking lot has the two employees having a blast smoking whatever they may have been. Steer clear from here if you are looking for any legitimate service.

Asked for extra chicken breast and understood I would probably have to pay extra. Only got one chicken breast in a bucket of chicken. Unacceptable when you are having to feed several people.

Never had a problem before... now I am scambling to figure out how to feed people who only got a wing or a chicken leg.

They never have chicken prepared so 6 cars in line always waiting. There are times when they are out of product completely. Watch when they tell you your bank card wouldn’t go through and they need a credit card, it happened. Will not return again, they should close.

Waiting 40 minutes or more for an online order AFTER the pickup time is a normal event here. No point in app or online ordering to save time. This is the 3rd time this has happened. No concern for customers in the lobby, as we're all standing here confused and waiting for anyone to even come up to talk to us.
