Today, April 10th, Worst KFC Experience I ever had. Understaffed and the environment was very negative. I ended up getting a refund and eating elsewhere. Working prior foodservice before joining the army, we never had this issue. I hope and pray you guys figure it out because what I was apart of today is absolutely embarrassing and I almost can’t blame the shift lead for being flustered and frustrated. She was doing most if not all the work when I was there. Start sending reps out to recruit more employees.

I went inside the store no one at the front after about 6-7 minutes a lady came out take my order and said it’ll take time for the chicken. I sat and waited about 40 minutes and that lady said “oh I didn’t know you’re there” and started to prepare my order. She gave me empty cup for free drink but the cup just so dirty that I can’t even use it. And I wait another 10 minutes while watching them eating popcorn while working. The store just so dirty. I think health department need to check this store.

I’ve never left a negative review, but this experience was truly something. Upon ordering and paying, my order was confirmed and I was asked to pull to the curb as the fries would take about 3 minutes to make. When my food was brought out to my car, there were no fries. I mentioned this to the employee that brought the food out to which she huffed and let me know it would take another 3 minutes to make. On the third try, it was brought out to my car STILL incomplete, however the employee already went back inside the restaurant. For a very simple order, this was a whole ordeal. Won’t be going back to this location unfortunately

On January 24th, 2024, I went to this KFC. When I walked in the door a young lady greeted me with a smile and a very happy hello. The ladies here do a wonderful job. The food was hot and fresh. I got extra crispy, and it was just coming up. They made sure I had everything to take home and eat a nice meal with my family. They offered me a dessert which I got. The lemon cake was delicious. The lady who was managing at the time always does a wonderful job. The team on shift this evening makes KFC a benefit to this community! Sincerely ticket #4522. Restaurant # H740016.

Food and service was excellent. The young lady at the front register (Friday afternoon) was extremely courteous. I came in with my son and she told me it would be a wait, which I didn't mind. The other employees were wonderful. They are clearly understaffed and even then they had a great attitude with the customers.

Surprise! You sell chicken and it's dinner time... make sure you have enough.Cashier was pleasant. While waiting 15 minutes for my bucket, I observed two of the workers prepping... and eating. They kept eating out of the prep food and sneaking nuggets or something. One put her hair in a pony tail and continued working.Gross.Keep working on your mac and cheese - it isn't good.Chick was okay.

Absolutely the worst dine in experience I've ever experienced. Actually I never got to order... As much as I like their food I likely will not return.. . This is the second KFC that had lost their way..Avon Indiana KFC is just as pathetic. No one cares about their customers anymore unless your a drive up or order from the app customer.

Just like the other reviews, very slow. In 20 minutes, somehow a guy that ordered almost 10 minutes after me got their order first and I waited for another 10 before they finally handed over something... a soda, it doesn't make sense.

Window Fashion Decor

I went through the drive-through yesterday and knew that their five dollar fill up was no longer available and has not been for a couple of years. So I got the number 1, dark original recipe and it came to eight dollars and change for this order. When I got back to open the box, the chicken leg, and the chicken thigh were so tiny, they looked more like winglets something you would find in an appetizer box. I am very disappointed. This could not have happened by mistake. This happened because of their choice to buy much smaller chicken to save money. I wish I had known. I would’ve went somewhere else.
