Ordered the garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen with chicken karaage.
The interior was nicely designed with cool wall décor and a pleasant atmosphere.
I also appreciated the open kitchen — it gave me confidence in their cleanliness.
However, the food itself was just average.
First, the chicken karaage came out extremely fast, like within a minute of ordering.
It was clearly pre-fried rather than made to order, though it still tasted pretty good.
The biggest disappointment was the meat on top of my ramen.
It was tough, dry, and completely lacking in flavor — honestly, the ramen would have been better without it.
I understand there aren’t many ramen spots nearby, but for a $19 bowl, this was disappointing.
I really wanted to like this place since it’s so close to home, and I’ll probably give it another try a couple more times.

Authentic Japanese ramen experience. The food, especially the dumplings were amazing.

Service here has always been good - whether for takeout or sit down dinner. Their seating area is nice and cozy.
With respect to food, their chicken karaage is very good - the coating stays crispy even when part of a takeout meal.
We have tried the garlic tonkotsu ramen and spicy ramen. I would say that the spicy ramen is bit tastier. The meat that the ramens come with is generally on the lean side and I feel the meat portion is a little less. However the ramen broth is consistently good. The rice bowl is also a good choice of entree in their menu.
Cocktails are cheap and on the light side.

I don’t usually like ramen but this was delicious.
Standout for decor and atmosphere. Ramen was delicious and decadent. Local beer (Sun King) was a plus. Would recommend!

Was in town for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ramen! We got the tsukemen and garlic tonkotsu shoyu - noodle texture was so al dente, soup base was rich and tasty, and the dipping sauce has a balanced flavour! Will be thinking about this place and would love to check out their other locations next time!

We are always seated immediately no matter how busy, service is always outstanding but our last one crushed it. Our whole party was hella complicated including myself and Austin was polite and patient with us the whole time. He brought great vibes and just turned a great dining experience into one of our best. Defiantly will be asking for his section in the future!!
