Highly disappointing experience. Was recommended to this location by multiple friends that I trust. Chicken karaage was great, 4 big chunks of juicy breaded chicken. Garlic Tonkotsu Shoryu ramen just wasn't that amazing. Chicken ramen was pretty good and you can taste the chicken. My soft boiled egg was presented damaged ( I assume during the peeling process) and was not "whole". Service was decent in the beginning but they were offering a free ramune drink if you buy their $50 gift card which the server did not mention. It was on a paper advertisement on the window of the entrance. I regret leaving 20% tip.

Yeni makes my family feel at home. She's very sweet and friendly. My kids, who are very picky eaters, enjoy coming here and eat their fill of delicious noodles and karaage chicken. Thank you for a great experience everytime!

We have been loyal customers for years but the treatment we received today is truly disappointing. We arrived at 6:31 pm and just after we sat down and start to look at the menu, the server stood next to us and expect us to order right away. We asked for a few more minutes before ordering but the server only gave us ~30s and asked us to order again.

The ramen is really good but we couldn’t enjoy it as the server has already handed us the check even before we could finish our meals. We walked in at 6:30 pm and I paid the bill at 6:55 pm according to my bank account. We were only there for 25 mins and had 15 mins to enjoy the ramen at most.

I understand that there were a few people waiting but it was not what we expected and there is a difference between Kizuki ramen and McDonald.

Best ramen in Indy!
Even my 2 year old loves this place, asks for "noodles" all the time.

Service was less than desirable. Not much chicken in my Ramen bowl. Flavor was excellent.

I came in on a work trip alone, Yeni pointed me to the bar. She was so sweet, sincere and inviting. She would come over and chat with me in between seating guests. It was a pleasant experience while alone on a work trip!
The food was unbelievable as well! So rich, flavorful and balanced. Use the S&B pepper it elevates the ramen even more!

Their spicy ramen was good, and everything came out pretty quick (though we came at an odd hour). The waiter was nice and the place had a nice ambiance

Please keep the spicy chicken sesame special as a permanent menu item - it is delicious! And great with an egg too. Great service and ambience.

I definitely recommend Kizuki - I was spoiled by living in Hawaii when it comes to Ramen shops and since we’ve been in IN it’s always mediocre at best. But we ran into Kizuki and got excited again. We had multiple small plates and 2 bowls of noodles that were spot on.

What sent it over the top was our waiter Mickey. I don’t know about you but service is just consistently Poor at most places. Mickey owned it - went over the menu, gave recommendations, was friendly/attentive and spotlighted what it’s like to have great service again.

Thank you
