Ordered the garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen with chicken karaage.

The interior was nicely designed with cool wall décor and a pleasant atmosphere.
I also appreciated the open kitchen — it gave me confidence in their cleanliness.

However, the food itself was just average.

First, the chicken karaage came out extremely fast, like within a minute of ordering.

Service here has always been good - whether for takeout or sit down dinner. Their seating area is nice and cozy.
With respect to food, their chicken karaage is very good - the coating stays crispy even when part of a takeout meal.
We have tried the garlic tonkotsu ramen and spicy ramen. I would say that the spicy ramen is bit tastier. The meat that the ramens come with is generally on the lean side and I feel the meat portion is a little less. However the ramen...

Was in town for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ramen! We got the tsukemen and garlic tonkotsu shoyu - noodle texture was so al dente, soup base was rich and tasty, and the dipping sauce has a balanced flavour! Will be thinking about this place and would love to check out their other locations next time!
