Food was sub par. Service was ok. Soda didn't work in restaurant. Place was dirty and dark.
Friendly service but wasnt sure of menu items. I had ordered lobster tail, but they couldn't provide one as they had them still frozen. Food was great however, a bit overpriced.
Many things have changed and I'm not sure for the better. The hosts that greeted us very great and very friendly. The sushi menu is very limited compared to what they used to offer and wasn't as good in flavor as before. The happy hour menu was pretty good and we were able to partake in the food but the drink menu cuts off at 5pm. Okay, during the week, most people work and seems like a great marketing ploy but most won't be able to take advantage. We got there at 5:15 and couldn't. Also, the service was slow getting back to take the food order and we only had 10 minutes to get the deal. The drinks were great. The calamari and shrimp were very good. We sat with empty plates and serving dishes on our table and couldn't seem to get a bus person to clear the table. That was not great. I wouldn't be in a hurry to return.
I got the filet with half lobster tail. The food was mediocre at best with a high price tag. I noticed their reviews were lower online but we hadn't made a reservation anywhere and other places were booked until after 8pm. Wish I'd waited now and gone somewhere else. It will be my last place there.
Great restaurant and excellent service. Food quality is always fresh and delicious. Great job team K-grill.
We've eaten at this restaurant many times over the years and were rarely disappointed. Last night was an exception. Although the food was good the service was not up to par. We waited for quite a wile before even being given menus and water. They clearly do not have enough staff. My spouse ordered a glass of wine and had to ask twice before it finally arrived... after his salad. To top it off our bill was wrong and we had to wait to get that resolved. I hope they are able to improve as this used to be a favorite spot. Now we also know why we could get a reservation immediately on a Friday night when most places have a wait at 6:30-7:00pm
Always fresh and delicious. Sat in the bar/open air patio and enjoyed the fresh air. Thank you!
Kona grill was a great place to eat. I loved the menu, and they had a great meal deal with good options. My wife and I had a great time, would highly recommend.
Needed a night out. Kona's offered a fair Devour menu. It didn't disappoint. We got a lovely window table at the bar and it was the quiet evening we needed.
We came in at 6:15 on a Wednesday evening after making a reservation on open table. We were seated at the bar. We sat for about 20 minutes before the manager came to take our drink order. Then the waitress finally came. Got our drinks places our food order. Appetizers came out after 30 plus minutes. Our food came out another 30/40 mins later. My husband ordered salmon and fried rice. The salmon was dried and fried rice was obviously reheated. I ordered a steak. I ordered medium. It came out burn on the top and rare in the middle. The only thing decent was the fries. The restaurant was not busy. I can't say we will be back. The manager ran by our table to apologize. But that was it.

Kona Grill at Clay Terrace is one of our favorites and it never lets us down. We can't get enough of the Angry Edamame appetizer and their sushi is super fresh and tasty. The sushi/salad sampler is wonderful as well. Their 4 season bar area is the perfect atmosphere for catching up with my friends, but they have lovely intimate indoor dining area and outdoor seating as well.
Kona 3 Course meal. Chopped salad was great along with the Asian salad my partner, and i had. Steaks were amazing . Medium rare didn't disappoint. Along with Brussels sprouts complemented them perfectly. Chardonnay wine was excellent. The chocolate cake wasn't to my preference as it was too heavy on the chocolate when i received it. My personal experience was a 9/10 this visit. Service was great, food choices were also very pleasant. Outdoor patio was a perfect choice for the time of day. Cost was reasonably well priced. Will be dinning here again.
Very disappointing dinner. One of the managers, Michelle even contacted me about our visit. I replied but no comment back to me.
Good service and good food. We asked if one of the plates could be spicy and the waitress said that probably wouldn't be possible but she offered another solution and we liked it.
