every single time i walk into this location the bakery has zero employees in it. it does not matter what time of day or what day of the week it is, i NEVER see anyone. a month ago i asked someone in the deli if they were able to help me, but they are unable to since it isn't their department, which is understandable. it's just been extremely frustrating trying to get a tartlet or key lime cake or ANYTHING from the display case for almost a year and being unable to every single time.

My experience today was excellent. At the produce area Wally helped me, he is very kind, professional and courteous. At the meat section, Chris did an excellent job packing my salmon neatly. James tried to help me get the right steak. Great customer today at the produce and meat section made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you

Over the years this location has shifted “downstream” to Walmart quality offerings. Kroger has actively deleted name brand offers and substituted with the own in house brand. Which, is usually lesser quality. As for the store be prepared to constantly wait in self check out, walk around the Kroger pick n pack people for at home delivery and, a staff that is in different to all guests. So happy that other locations like Fresh Market and Harvest Market are open to challenge the Kroger management to be better.

I had an awful experience with Kroger’s customer service person ( her name was Dream, ironically the worst nightmare.) was rude and defensive when I complained about spoiled meat ( which was completely soft and disintegrated ) . Instead of apologizing, she blamed me that the meat was thawed. and claimed she doesn’t produce it. Manager Ramesh wasn’t any better he was completely lacking common sense and support. It's a shame they represent a brand like Kroger.

Ate California Rolls for lunch today. The food prep was by two nice people, who were ready to help us if needed. Love the outdoor seating. Store is clean and well stocked.

Excellent produce department, offer a wide selection of products and various items. Very clean and fully stocked. There are many price cuts and price ranges for all spending limits. Employees were nice but not very knowledgeable of available items however, I was able to complete all of my grocery needs besides 2 items.

In the cafe area upstairs there's a baby grand piano, on the weekend sometimes there's a guy that plays piano for hours. He's real good and knows like every song.

Your digital coupons discriminate against loyalty customers that have loyally shopped at your store for years but do not have or cannot afford a smart phone. Loyalty customers should always get the lowest price irregardless of their financial means. Someone should organize a boycott. I will make sure that I loyally go to a competitive grocery store that does not discriminate.

I’m super disappointed with this Kroger, not with the food or selection but with the customer service? Kroger, are you not giving your employees any breaks or time off? The Guy behind the Fish Counter “Freddy” decided I was the lucky customer who he chose to take all of his aggression out on for the day. So rude and unprofessional! “Did you need something” and begrudgingly prepared the Salmon I asked for then tossed it at me across the counter! No thank you!

This location seems to have a quality issue. The last several times we have purchased food that ended up being moldy on the shelf. We have had moldy sausage and lunch meat (problem with their refrigeration maybe?). They also seem to pack their bakery items too early so there is a lot of condensation in the bags that causes it to mold in the store or the day after, we have had the most issues with the take and bake loaves and the pretzels.
