Service was EXTREMELY slow and the food uninspired and mediocre, not to mention overpriced. The rebranding was a huge step backward and charging Patachou prices does not make you Patachou.
As someone who is gluten and dairy free, I value the limited restaurant choices I have. Before they rebranded as Maple, this restaurant had one of the best gluten/dairy free waffles. The service also used to be great. When I returned today, after the rebrand, I received one of the driest, densest, and crumbly waffles I have ever had. The service was also slow and bad. When I told the server I did not like the waffle, she did not offer a remake, to order something else, or even an apology. She just offered to take it off the bill. The picture below is all I ate of the waffle. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Horrible food. Horrible service.
Before this place was rebranded as The Maple, it was excellent. Now, they’re short staffed and the quality of the food has declined. After tipping for my carryout order my total was over $24. I got a breakfast burrito, and at $24 I tried to eat it, but it was bad enough I couldn’t finish it. The menu description says topped with cheese and chipotle sauce. It was drowned in what I assume is their gravy for biscuits and gravy with some seasoning added and a pile of shredded cheddar cheese. I scraped all that off, but the chicken was overcooked and not much of it at all and the rest of the filling did not taste good.
Great location, very clean! The server took forever to get our check, order, box. They asked for a tip, which I didn’t love. They were impatient and left the table in the middle of serving or taking our checks. Great food but takes FOREVER and has annoyances.
Very accommodating for my sister in laws wedding brunch!
Not impressed. The food was very mid. Nothing special and definitely not worth the price. It’s extremely overpriced for what you get. On top of that, they don’t even have fountain drinks just canned sodas and they charge way too much for them. Wouldn’t recommend, and I won’t be coming back.
Friendly service and delicious food. Cute place
Food quality was poor. My breakfast skillet was 95% potatoes (which weren't cooked well) and it barely had any meat. Service was not that great either. Prices are high especially for food quality and lack of service. It used to be so much better at the old Carmel location.

Wait staff with cart outside noisy rolling over joints in concrete slabs. A bit disturbing.😬

This fabulous restaurant offers great tasting breakfast and a lot of menu options. I ordered both, the traditional breakfast and the eggs on top of the Turkish tomato sauce, and they both tasted very good…for breakfast (it’s just eggs, pancakes, and bacon, so not much room to mess it up). On a different day, I also tried the cinnamon roll pancakes and they definitely are the best pancakes I’ve ever had. The pancakes are fluffy, sweet, and dissolve in your mouth. It was truly a great treat to my tastebuds.
