I often enjoy fabulous pastries while sipping coffee here, but I felt compelled to review after purchasing a cake. It is a gorgeous cake, decorated beautifully. The flavor was fantastic, as was the texture. I got vanilla cake with strawberry jam and Italian buttercream frosting. It was perfect in every way and absolutely worth the price.

The ham and cheese croissant, traditional and chocolate croissants were excellent. Everything is made in sight and you should definitely eat here regularly.

Their tiramisu is, quite simply, beyond words — rich, delicate, and absolutely unforgettable. We usually stop by just for that, it’s become a little tradition. I also like to grab a few croissants to take home — the raspberry cheesecake danish is a favorite, and this time we tried the crème brûlée croissant (and wow, what a treat).

I was eager to check this place
out. Signage isn’t great-it’s accessible via the residential main entrance. The case isn’t huge, but I tried the cinnamon roll croissant, almond croissant, a hazelnut chocolate mousse thing, and a blueberry mousse thing, with yuzu gele and a honey brittle. All very good! There’s a coffee shop, too. Nice interior and outdoor lounge space.

Pastries are very delicious! However they do not respect the shmear on the bagels. A very disappointing amount of cream cheese is used, even when you ask for extra cream cheese. Ya gotta respect the shmear!

I came in today with a strange request and the staff was willing to work with me to accommodate. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped point me in the best direction for choose of pasties. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and was made high quality. This was my first time in, and it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommend

Some friends took my wife to the Fishers farmers market yesterday, and they took her straight to Chris for good reason. The English muffins are fantastic. Soft and pillowy even after toasting, exactly the right amount of salt, and split easily by hand. The croissant I tried last night (before she got the rest of it!) was also delicious — flaky, buttery, lightly sweet. So glad we got this recommended.

A fantastic local bakery with a welcoming environment. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. It has an open kitchen concept where you can watch the bakers making everything from scratch. The staff is extremely welcoming and helped me make my selections. I highly recommend the kouign amann, the chocolate croissant, and the chicken salad croissant sandwich. I was able to see one of their wedding cakes in the bakery case and you can tell they have talented bakers. This place is a MUST if you are in the Carmel area.

This is a great, independent bakery serving high-quality French inspired baked goods. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate raspberry brownie and the ham and cheese croissant. The staff was friendly and the product very good! A must visit if in the Carmel, IN area!
