I came in today with a strange request and the staff was willing to work with me to accommodate. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped point me in the best direction for choose of pasties. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and was made high quality. This was my first time in, and it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommend

Some friends took my wife to the Fishers farmers market yesterday, and they took her straight to Chris for good reason. The English muffins are fantastic. Soft and pillowy even after toasting, exactly the right amount of salt, and split easily by hand. The croissant I tried last night (before she got the rest of it!) was also delicious — flaky, buttery, lightly sweet. So glad we got this recommended.

A fantastic local bakery with a welcoming environment. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. It has an open kitchen concept where you can watch the bakers making everything from scratch. The staff is extremely welcoming and helped me make my selections. I highly recommend the kouign amann, the chocolate croissant, and the chicken salad croissant sandwich. I was able to see one of their wedding cakes in the bakery case and you can tell they have talented bakers. This place is a MUST if you are in the Carmel area.

This is a great, independent bakery serving high-quality French inspired baked goods. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate raspberry brownie and the ham and cheese croissant. The staff was friendly and the product very good! A must visit if in the Carmel, IN area!

Looked online to find an authentic French baguette. Sent my husband on a 20 minute drive to buy a loaf. The lady on the phone said that their baker had learned to make the baguettes in France so they were indeed authentic. Husband returned with a $5.00 loaf and when I cut into the very small loaf, it looked like a whole grain piece of bread fom Kroger or Fresh Market. It did not taste like a French loaf nor did it have the texture of a French baguette. So disappointed in the whole experience and will definitely not return for bread!

Great french pastry shop inside a lobby with an equally great coffee shop nearby. Such a great combo. Their ham and cheese croissant is spectacular.

Try their scones! Cranberry orange or blueberry are my husband’s favorite with his morning coffee. I love their croissants.
